    The service was terrible, and the restaurant was very loud. Although we have been to LuLu several times over the years, we will not return.

    The food and value were excellent, however the service today was lackluster. It took a while for our food to be served and I had to ask several times for my drink order. And when we needed something, our server was no where to be found and had to hunt for someone just to ask for small plates and refill our water. Our server hardly checked on us. As a frequent patron of Lulu’s the service today was disappointing.

    When we got there, one of our party members was unable to make it. I was seated immediately before the rest of the party arrived. I am not sure if it’s because I am disabled, or they changed their policy. The others arrived within two minutes of me sitting. We were not in a hurry because we had theater reservations, three hours later. And we wanted to spend two hours with cocktails, appetizers, dinner, and dessert and possibly more cocktails. I asked the waiter to not rush us after we ordered our appetizers. He did come out and take our dinner order and I asked to make sure we were completed with our appetizers before dinner came. He did that which was as nice. He kind of made himself scarce, we didn’t see him much. We had to ask a couple times to get our water glasses refilled. I am not sure if that was because of what I said of not being in a rush. We got our meal and as usual, it was pretty good.

    Have to cut them some slack as it was Village Fest. However, things were very chaotic. Long wait to order and some wrong food was delivered before the correct items arrive. Waiter was vary nice.

    A must visit to this fun atmosphere! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We ordered a bunch of appetizers - ahi poke nachos and hummus. Both melted in our mouths as the taste was amazing. Entrees were Chinese chicken salad, strawberry salad with grilled shrimp, chicken linguine and meatloaf. Highly recommend this restaurant!
