Wonderful ambience for New Years, but execution was bad. Waited too long even with a reservation and food arrived out of order and cold. But it is understandable given that it was a Holiday.

Horrible. The worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. I will never return, and will tell all my friends to avoid this place. How is it it took 3 hours to be served? My party couldn’t enjoy the NYE festivities. The orders were wrong. Silverware was missing, and managers couldn’t organize their staff for a NYE event. There is absolutely no excuse. Several parties left for the same reason.

Food was fantastic once it made it to the table. We got served around 10:30 for an 8 pm reservation. Ordering drinks took an hour. The dining room was freezing and the staff harried. Several tables just got up and left. But for those of us who persevered we were treated to delicious food, great value, and a fun night of dancing! We’ll likely return for dinner but obviously a big event overwhelmed the venue.

Overall was a good experience it was a little busy, but it was expected. It was New Year’s Eve. Thank you for the food and service.

While the ambience and service were good, I have always found the quality of the food subpar for the price. The seafood platter and ribeye steak were especially disappointing. I have never had a ribeye as tough as theirs.

I wanted to enjoy this Christmas experience with my family but unfortunately our experience for the price was sub par- it wasn’t nearly as crowded as I expected to be but the wait time for our food was over an hour! The kids meals came about 30 min after we ordered and then another 20 mins passed and we still didn’t have our food. I then realized tables around us who came AFTER us were already eating. The waiter didn’t seem to notice until i called it to his attention and at that point he left to go check on the food and then the manager came out very apologetic saying the kitchen just missed our orders- we got our food after almost an hour and both manager and server were very attentive after that point and even gave us a discount on the bill. At $90+ dollars a plate I expected the service to be much more organized and attentive -

Outstanding Christmas Brunch! The food and service was impeccable. Our waiter Lee was excellent in every way possible! His kindness and efficiency help make this an extraordinary dining experience for my family and for that I'm grateful!
