I wanted to enjoy this Christmas experience with my family but unfortunately our experience for the price was sub par- it wasn’t nearly as crowded as I expected to be but the wait time for our food was over an hour! The kids meals came about 30 min after we ordered and then another 20 mins passed and we still didn’t have our food. I then realized tables around us who came AFTER us were already eating. The waiter didn’t seem to notice until i called it to his attention and at that point he left to go check on the food and then the manager came out very apologetic saying the kitchen just missed our orders- we got our food after almost an hour and both manager and server were very attentive after that point and even gave us a discount on the bill. At $90+ dollars a plate I expected the service to be much more organized and attentive -

Outstanding Christmas Brunch! The food and service was impeccable. Our waiter Lee was excellent in every way possible! His kindness and efficiency help make this an extraordinary dining experience for my family and for that I'm grateful!

Our first time eating dinner at Luminarias. Went there in May for our UTLA retirement dinner and lived it. Our dinner was amazing and service was great. Can't wait to return.

Luminares was great and the view is spectacular. It's been a while since my last visit but I was not disappointed. Food was great. I would like to see more breakfast brunch options. Sunday brunch is big in my friend group and we love options. Other than that everything was great.

We got there on time to be seated 20 mins later. The services were alright. The person that took our order forgot an order for a person. By the end of our stay we still haven’t received an order. A person didn’t have the chance to eat. We left and eat else where. Will I got back, probably not.

Very nice restaurant. We got lucky and were placed right next to the live latin jazz band. We got the view of LA, the sound of the band and the waiters were friendly. Food was also delicious. A very great night spent, celebrating my birthday there. I would recommend for a special event/date night.

I made reservations for a party of 5, and when we got there, we had to wait for two more people in our party for another 5-8 minutes. They couldn’t seat us unless our party is complete, which is totally understandable. We ordered a drinks and appetizers from their happy hour menu and they all did not disappoint. I loved all of it. Guacamole with chicharones, duck fat fries, grilled oysters, they even gave us the cornbread with infused butter (forgot what it’s called but it was so good!) On to our mains, I got the prime hanger steak and swapped to a 50/50 mash instead of the potato bravas. The steak was cooked to ny liking and I finished everything. The only downside to our dinner experience was the noise level. It was so noisy that we had to shout at each other to talk. It would probably be a good idea to get a table outside for less noise, but it was too cold for us to stay there.

My friend and I went there to celebrate our birthday's. As our first time there, the restaurant was very nice and elegant. The young man that took us to our table was friendly, made sure the heaters were on, and we were comfortable. We sat outside overlooking the city. The server Evan was friendly, and attentive (good customer service) - The food was delicious.
