I actually made this reservation on behalf of my parents for their anniversary celebration,, and even though they weren't able to celebrate until a month later, I'm sure that after their experience there that evening they wished they hadn't gone at all. The first issue came when there was no record of the reservation I had made. Nevermind the fact that there were endless reminder messages, somewhere between making the reservation on OpenTable and the reservation list there at the hostess stand, something got lost. Thankfully even though they were busy they were able to work them in for a table so they were able to stay at the restaurant. From what I hear the appetizer and the dessert were incredible! It was the main course that was the upsetting part. My father's meal had muscles in it which should have been great, but there was sand throughout the dish. Yes, it isn't uncommon I'm sure to find the occasional piece that would be off putting, but they weren't trying to feel as though they were sitting at the beach during their meal. My mothers meal was nothing like what the description conveyed. I believe it should have had burrata in the middle of the dish, but instead it was as though on a last minute whim they took the cold blob of fresh mozzarella and tossed it in the middle on the way out of the kitchen. I'm not saying we'll never be back as a family, just not for a long while if ever.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we couldn’t locate the reservation because your parents did not mention your name that was on the reservation at arrival, preventing a match in our system.
Regarding the main course, we believe you meant mussels, not muscles. Our imported mussels are exceptionally fresh and not prone to containing sand. Had the issue been mentioned at the time, our server would have promptly addressed it. We value your insights and hope to have another opportunity to deliver the exceptional experience we strive for.
Best regards,
