   Took my visiting family here for an early dinner. Ambiance was great and the appetizers (calamari, crab cakes, and those biscuits!) were on point. Cocktails were solid too. Unfortunately, all the fish dishes came out overcooked, and the rice sides were dry and flavorless. Service was slow—took 15-20 mins just to be greeted and check-ins were rare. Great apps and drinks, but everything else was just mediocre at best.

   This was our first visit to Lure, but it won't be our last. Biscuits were delicious, and our tuna poke bowls were very tasty, although a bit too spicy for our tastes. That was our fault as the menu clearly stated that there would be serranos in the dish. We should have and could have asked that the serranos not be used, and will do so next time. It's a nice restaurant, too, that makes you want to sit for awhile and enjoy your meal.

   Service was awful, never checked on us and took forever to get our drink order. Very disappointed in the food and the price we paid for the food as well. The ambiance of the place was nice but the service and presentation was not good. Most likely will not be returning.

   Music was way too loud & terrible EDM type music - opppsite of what we expect of an upscale restaurant. Did not fit the look or demographic at all. The calamari was good - nice dipping sauces. My sand daps were super greasy - such a light thin fish shouldn’t be served so greasy 🤪 same with Brussels sprouts - flash fried so doesn’t have to be squeezed out in one’s napkin before edible. All I could taste was the oil The presentation of every dish was lovely & would try it again to see if it was an off night. Really want to love this place since great location & decor.

   Today was my second visit to this restaurant, and it was amazing both times. I went for lunch Wednesday and today (Sunday), and both times the food was delicious and service was great. The sand dabs are their specialty, so I had them the first time and brought my husband with me the second time because they're his favorite. I love that you can choose from a long list of sides to go with the entrees. The potato parmesan cake and the spinach are my favorites. The restaurant is perfectly located and the dining room is fairly quiet during lunch (unusual in most restaurants nowadays!). We hope to return often. The happy hour menu looks good - might have to try that next time!

   This was our 2nd visit . I loved everything . The best part this trip was not the food but the service. We were seated at a tiny booth for 2 which is not my favorite place on a busy night. My husband had been pulled away from the tv basketball tournament at home and so we moved into the bar area to a great table and a perfect seat for tv viewing, all with the help of a really sweet hostess. I ordered the salmon bowl and my husband got the Hangar steak. I really enjoyed my order but he said his was tough and too difficult to cut and eat. We will return and he will try something else. PS The busser who was wiping down the bar table did a thorough job and even wiped the S & P shakers!!! Next level cleanliness which I really noticed and appreciate .Our waitress was Jenna who we loved

   Lure is a high quality fish restaurant with great service and sumptuous food. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food served. Their primary dishes each had wild caught fish. We had sea bass skewers for an appetizer and salmon and halibut for our meal. All were great.

   Very nice for a Bday dinner for a dear friend… the birthday girl and I LOVE mussels and shared those and crab cakes so perfect meal.

    This was our fourth visit here and we love the food, service and fair wine and corkage policies. Delicious food and perfect for a special occasion.
