Lyla, an upscale Mediterranean restaurant in downtown Toronto, unveils its new winter menu, offering a luxurious take on seasonal flavours. Highlights include succulent lamb chops, indulgent lobster pasta, and expertly crafted braised dishes that warm the soul. With its sophisticated ambiance and vibrant Mediterranean flair, Lyla is the perfect destination for an elevated dining experience this winter.

Open 7 days a week, for Lunch & Dinner from 12:00pm until late. Reservations are preferred, however, we do leave a portion of our restaurant available for walk-ins.

    The server was very helpful and treated us with respect. A special thanks to the chef who made the food spectacular. It was an awesome experience and we will definitely be returning. Thank you!

    Absolutely incredible restaurant. The ambiance feels like you stumbled onto something off the beaten path. It feels like fine dining but the pricing is very reasonable - so this is somewhere you could go to celebrate a special occasion or just meet up for a nice weekday dinner with friends. The food is also incredible, we tried the duck gnocchi and the Bronzino which was absolutely delicious. The restaurant has classic meals with a slight twist making each dish feel unique and special but also still approachable. The service was very friendly and efficient. Our waitress balanced that line of interrupting conversation to serve us while also giving us plenty of space. It was a wonderful experience. They also provide complimentary coat check so your coat isn’t handing on the back of your chair. This and other similar small details made for a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend, I will certainly be going back.

    High quality service with a very attentive and polite wait staff. The kitchen was extremely quick to bring our 3 dishes, probably the quickest I’ve ever been served at a nice restaurant - must have been around 20-25 mins max (however the restaurant was only about 2/3 full at the time). The dishes were very good - scallops, harissa carrots, beef short rib ragu. Cocktails were great and came very fast. Value for price was beyond fair compared to other places in the city of similar high quality. Would return again.

    Excellent all around! I'm so grateful that a friend recommended this restaurant to me as a "must-visit" during my short trip to Toronto; between the Mediterranean-inspired food (let's be honest, I still dream about harissa spiced carrots) and the delicious cocktails, nothing disappointed!

    We had wonderful service while celebrating my partners birthday, amazing wine menu too. It was just a bit overwhelming with the sound-level/DJ. No big complaints thank you Lyla!

    The restaurant is very well set up. I had a really nice night wth some friends. We had some amazing dishes and the drinks are FIRE! Service 10/10, food 10/10. Would recommend

    Super nice and friendly staff who were so helpful in changing my table upon request on a busy Friday night. Food and wine was delicious. Highly recommend the Brussel sprouts and the chocolate mousse for dessert! Yum!

    Worth the visit. Excellent food, service and ambiance. Enjoyed the Sicilian Spice cocktail. Their tuna crudo, rigatoni allá crostine brasato, branzino are one of my favorites.
