   Amazing experience! We had the charred octopus, gyro, moussaka, and horiatiki! I usually don’t eat lamb/goat meat, but their slow-roasted lamb gyro made me fall with it. If you’re new to Greek food, definitely ask your server, cos they’re very knowledgeable. We loved out server Almendra!

   The food was solid and the atmosphere started out really nice — trendy but relaxed. Great spot if you’re looking for a stylish dinner setting. But as the night went on, the vibe shifted and it felt more like a nightclub than a restaurant, which wasn’t what we were expecting. Also, prices were steep for what we got. Overall, a decent experience, but probably better suited for a younger, late-night crowd.

   We had an amazing meal and our server was excellent. We told him we had to get to the opera and he made sure everything came out quickly. My husband’s lamb chops were perfectly prepared and my pasta dish was amazing!

   We were so excited to try Lyra and will definitely be back. Lovely cocktails, incredible beets and Hummus - and the chicken! Also appreciated the attention to my gluten sensitivity. Well done!

   Overall the experience was great! Our waiter was very knowledgeable and I appreciated his candor about the items. I do however wish that there were more vegetarian options for mains and that some of the mains came with either pita or crackers. I loved the mushroom mousakka but again for the price, would have liked some kind of bread with it (similarly with the chicken). The cocktails were also very tasty and would recommend.

   Good service and nice ambiance, but the food quality was average at best. We ordered fish, which was served on a large plate with paper underneath. Unfortunately, a big part of the paper stuck to the fish, making it extremely difficult to separate. When I mentioned this to the waitress, she simply said, “That’s how the chef prepares it.” I have to admit, the fish tasted great, but dealing with pieces of paper stuck to it was frustrating and took away from the experience. On top of that, the valet charged extra for parking a full-size SUV, bringing the total to $50, which felt excessive after an already steep $600 dinner bill.
