Join us for our exclusive Chef’s Counter experience. This 14 seat intimate culinary journey is where passion and flavor intersect, providing a unique and memorable experience. Prepare to indulge in an unforgettable tasting menu by Michelin-starred chef Ryan Ratino. We are able to accommodate most dietary restrictions, but need at least 2 days notice to prepare. My 4th time and 2nd Sunday Brunch. MAASS is the finest restaurant to ever be on Fort Lauderdale Beach…perhaps in South Florida!

This was my second time here at MAASS, the first time was extraordinary. The second time, was nothing short of amazing. They are consistent with the service and ambience. 12/21 was the night I went with them debuting their new seasonal tasting menu. The pull apart bread was the perfect combination of salty exterior with sweet and fluffy taste. The tuna with shisho leaf was refreshing and full of depth. The oysters were huge! My favorite was the yellowtail crudo, which included the most amazing dressing that went well with the crunchy crudo part of the dish. The short rib is always good - this time it included a duck jus with a purée’s and sweet sauces. The desserts were refreshing and light - shaved vanilla ice cream with candied pistachios and berries. This place never disappoints.

The restaurant is beautiful. It's very quiet and is tucked away behind mature foliage so the ambiance is nice and private. The food is exceptional and should be considered fine dining. The restaurant is great for special occasion dining, but it does have a local following. The food is beautiful and it's obvious the Chef is very meticulous with flavor profiles and presentation. Our server was super attentive and knowledgeable. The entire staff was great!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Food was on point, service as well the Four Seasons is absolutely beautiful. I have NO complaints just Two ticky-tack drawbacks that might help others. 1) we were seated right by the servers station in the back very close to another table, we asked for something else since we were celebrating a special occasion, but weren’t moved (in a 1/2 empty restaurant) Luckily, the other table wasn’t seated until we got our entrees because not sure I could stand hearing 2 bros talking loudly about their Hamptons summer house plans for much longer. 2) Valet was $24 but no one told us we could validate at the restaurant for $5 off…I mean at $24 to park for 2 hours, not like $5 is going to save the world, but would have been nice to know that before we walked out to valet and then had to walk back to validate. Valet asked were we were going, we said restaurant, they could have easily told us to validate the parking. None of these would stop us from coming back…we’ll just be sure to park on the street and be more knowledgable about where to sit. I felt the cost was worth the meal, that being said, we didn’t fill up on $25 cocktails and $30 glasses of wine. I could easily see how the liquor bill could easily supersede the food bill. But will be back for the food experience for sure!

Excellent food, amazing service and just overall a great experience. We were one of the tables closest to the live music (saxophone), which made it an occasional challenge to understand our waiters. If you struggle with hearing, ask for a table further away from the loudspeaker.
