MAASS by Chef Ryan Ratino brings a MICHELIN-accoladed team to Fort Lauderdale focusing on ingredients sourced from the finest markets. Craft cocktails and an award-winning wine list compliment the refined menu and served with warm hospitality.

    Join us for our exclusive Chef’s Counter experience. This 14 seat intimate culinary journey is where passion and flavor intersect, providing a unique and memorable experience. Prepare to indulge in an unforgettable tasting menu by Michelin-starred chef Ryan Ratino. We are able to accommodate most dietary restrictions, but need at least 2 days notice to prepare.                     We had the fixed menu that started with “snacks”. They were very good and creative. Salad with pistachios was exceptional. Wagyu beef was excellent but had a lot of salt. Chicken very good and its truffle flavored sauce tab was very black trufflely. Open kitchen was fun to watch and hear Wines by the glass were reasonably priced and OK but not distinctive. The Black Pearl cocktail was fantastic with lots of flavors. Weirdly our only complaints were the flimsy small silverware and the slick granite tabletop that caused dishes to slide around. We felt dehydrated later that night from all the salt, so drink lots of water during the meal.

                    Without a doubt, Maass is the best restaurant in Broward. To find a dining experience that even comes close, you would have to venture to Miami. The food was both unique and exceptional. The service was impeccable, and we owe a special thanks to Nathan, our server, for providing the ultimate dining experience at the chef’s counter. We enjoyed an amazing six-course tasting menu, perfectly complemented by the wine pairing. It was truly spectacular!

                    By far the best restaurant in all of south Florida. Chef Ryan Ratino is incredible. He has brought a level of culinary art to the Ft Lauderdale market. I highly recommend the Omakase style dinner. Getting to taste all of his delights. Must try!!

                    Had the most amazing Thanksgiving dinner at Maass! 🦃✨ The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The warm, inviting atmosphere and friendly staff made the experience even better. It felt like home, but elevated! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

                    Overall the experience was great! I felt some of the dishes were phenomenal but most were just okay. Considering the price tag I expected a bit more from the quality but overall a nice experience.

                    Fabulous food and lovely venue. Our waiter had a serious attitude problem. Messed up the order, charged us for items we did not order ad was angry w us for his mistakes! Would return for the food but would request a different server. Wine list and liquor way over priced!

                    We had a great and wonderful time at MAASS. If you’re with a group, I recommend the “Let us cook for you” option. Loved the elevated dishes with a cool look and concept. Everything was delicious and service was 10/10. Thank you to Samantha for being amazing and the rest of the MAASS staff
