                                                                                                          While the food was generally good the service was terrible. The food and drinks were very slow in arriving and the waiter seems to be responsible for more tables than he could manage. All members of our party (8) agreed not to return to this restaurant.

                                                                                                          Hadn't been to Maggiano's in YEARS but wanted to go back for V Day. The first surprise was the 'new' decor that is about 2 years old. Didn't know they are no longer a Lettuce Entertain You restaurant. The interior feels like an upscale hotel. Not stuffy but refined and elegant. Comfortable, too. Our waiter, Jerome, was AMAZING! He was sensitive, attentive, fun to talk with, accomodating and more! We were going to go to a movie and we told Jerome that convo with him was BETTER than a movie!! Really! We got the V Day Special Lunch for Two. Alot of delicious fresh food. We took alot of doggy bags home. Seriously, two sous chefs came out to ask us how everything was. They are in transition and seem to really be intentional and proactive about upgrading their food and their service. Most heartedly recommend!

Hostess Vanessa was very welcoming as was Matt the manager. Our waitress Hannah was very attentive . We really enjoyed our dinner and looking forward to going back soon.

                                                                                                          Our waitress Hannah was great! We went for my grandfather’s 83rd birthday. They treated him like a king and Hannah took care of our large group attentively and kindly. We hadn’t been to Maggiano’s since the revamp, but we loved this trip and will certainly be back soon!
