We are a modern Mexican cuisine restaurant. Everything we do is made out of Criollo Corn.
Criollo corn is native Mexican colorful corn that we use to create our menu, we go from traditional chalupas and Mexican dishes to blue corn ice cream and corn cheesecakes.
Our chef Rafael Hurtado has worked in many reknow restaurants in Mexico and USA.
We are located a few steps from the cathedral and across the street from the State Congres.

De los mejores lugares en los que hemos comido, no solo en Puebla!! Los sabores, la calidad de la comida, la atención de 100!!!! El lugar es pequeño pero vale toda la pena. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A very enjoyable first time dining here. Very creative menu and good service. Definitely have to get the dry esquite with chicatana ants. And their carajillo maicero.

Everything was pretty much perfect! The ambiance was warm, welcoming and casual. The service was too. The food was sublime - well-seasoned and flavorful and the portions were more than ample. We were too full to even consider dessert- which looked delicious. A definite go-to when we return to Puebla.
