We are a modern Mexican cuisine restaurant. Everything we do is made out of Criollo Corn. Criollo corn is native Mexican colorful corn that we use to create our menu, we go from traditional chalupas and Mexican dishes to blue corn ice cream and corn cheesecakes. Our chef Rafael Hurtado has worked in many reknow restaurants in Mexico and USA. We are located a few steps from the cathedral and across the street from the State Congres.
