   Amazing experience, service, food and ambiance were all incredible. My only complaint was the $7.50 for a can of Diet Coke. Just an insane price to charge for that.

   This restaurant offers exceptional service, incredibly fresh seafood, and a pleasant atmosphere. Standout dishes included the grilled octopus and king crab, the delicate scallop crudo, and the uniquely flavorful fire and ice oysters. My only reservation was the presence of a large pit bull lying on the floor between tables. This unfortunately made accessing my banquette seating awkward and, as someone who prefers not to dine in close proximity to large dogs indoors, it detracted from my overall comfort.

   Everything was amazing, staff was super attentive only negative is sushi was warm which made it taste less fresh than if it were cold. Starters and octopus 10/10

    Scoring a Saturday 7:15 dinner reservation felt like winning the lottery—it took persistence and a bit of luck to finally snag a table. Given all the hype, our expectations were high, but unfortunately, the food didn’t quite live up to it. Standouts for us were the truffle salmon and the grilled eggplant from the robata section—flavorful, well-cooked, and nicely presented. The chef’s sashimi platter featured fresh fish and a beautiful presentation, but it didn’t feel particularly unique compared to similar offerings at other upscale spots. The Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice was a letdown—the base tasted like it had been prepped hours in advance. Instead of the satisfying crunch we hoped for, the rice was chewy, and the tuna lacked flavor entirely. The Braised Beef Yaki Noodles were decent, generously portioned, but leaned too salty for our liking. For dessert, we went with the Toban Yaki, which sounded intriguing with passion fruit-white chocolate, almond cookie crumble, and mango sorbet. What arrived was exactly as described, but underwhelming in presentation and creativity—more of a deconstructed scoop situation than the refined dish we anticipated. Service was just okay. Our server was polite and clearly managing multiple tables, but there wasn’t much in the way of personalized attention or warmth. Overall, it was a mixed experience that didn’t quite justify the reservation chase or the buzz.
