Malee's, a renowned culinary destination, has proudly stood as a fixture in the heart of downtown Scottsdale for decades. Nestled within the vibrant cityscape, this Thai bistro seamlessly blends elegance with a welcoming ambiance. The menu showcases a delightful array of Thai delicacies, featuring satay, pad Thai, curries, soups, and noodle dishes. Our culinary offerings pair well with our specialty cocktails, asian beers and handpicked red and white wines. Our establishment serves as the focal point for Thursday night's Arts Walk, attracting local art enthusiasts and dealers who converge to celebrate our 37 years of culinary excellence. We have a heated and cooled side patio as well as outdoor seating, where our furry friends are welcome. Our menu items are fully customizable and we have gluten free, vegan and vegetarian offerings. The food was served quickly, hot and delicious you can pick the level of sp iciy ness from 0-5. It was perfect. I had a stir fry veggies with shrimp and sticky rice and it was excellent. Lots of good vegetables cooked perfectly as well as large shrimp. My friend had a curry dish which was loved as well.

It’s what’s to be expected going out on Valentine’s Day. Service takes longer and quality issues happen. One must give grace to the staff. A martini was served in a cracked glass, we sent it back. Taste of the martini though was different from the first which I found odd. Not a big deal since the second was tasted stronger so I guess it was made fresh and the other one may have sat for an additional 10 seconds. Crispy pla was good and served as fillets rather than whole fish. Tom Yum soup was good, served traditionally with the inedibles and all. That’s a good thing by the way. Recommendation is to have sound dampeners like foam or cloth spread out so it doesn’t seem so loud when there are so many people.

I had mentioned that it was my wife’s birthday which also happens to be Valentine’s Day when I booked the reservation on OpenTable. It was not acknowledged but other than that enjoyed the dinner.

We had a very nice lunch experience. Friendly service , excellent food , and reasonable prices provided great value. Coconut shrimp appetizer was excellent as was the pad thai and drunken dragon. Will definitely return.

The food was just fabulous. I have been dining at Malee’s since April of 1989 and it has been consistently wonderful. The Spicy Pla is as addictive as can be and we get it every meal.

The staff are always so accommodating. My guests were vegan and they had such a wonderful selection of offerings. Everything was perfect!
