Dry Aged
These highly sought-after steaks use a 40-day open air process to further the concentration of flavor through a carefully supervised dehydration cycle. Mallory's is a Fine Dining Experience. We like early dinners. Waiting until 5, when the crew comes in would be best but, the service was still there. Costly yes. But, for their location in Hudson, You wouldn't expect that the Fine Dining Mallory's Offers would be there! It Is!! Enjoy! Tom請問這對你有幫助嗎?

Went on a Wednesday night. Had the salmon and wife had the chicken. Both were just ok. Didn't like being seated in a booth directly across from the bar towards the front when there seemed to be plenty of seating more towards the inner area of the restaurant. Hostess didn't ask or even give us a choice. Unless you like that atmosphere, be sure to ask if tables more inside the restaurant are available.
