   Honestly, if the food wasn’t good, I probably wouldn’t come here anymore. I really don’t like the service I receive when I’m there. The server always brings me hard, cold bread, and for some reason, we always get the same server. Something I really didn’t like last night, was the fact that the person who refilled my water, reached OVER my FOOD to refill the glass. I was disgusted and brought it up to my server who only said “sorry.” That is disgusting and what should have happened, is I should’ve been prepared an entirely new plate. Please train your servers properly- which is, they should come around to the side where the actual glass is so they don’t reach over people. I also didn’t appreciate that they sat a party beside us and added a chair to the end of the table where we were sitting, versus putting it on the other side where there was no one. Please do better, Lucy.

   First time dining here, and after sitting I noticed what seemed to be an aroma of cleaning materials. The bread seemed hard and didn’t taste fresh. Ordered Chicken Parmigiana, it was very hard to cut and seemed leftover and overcooked, didn’t look like chicken and chewed like jerky. To their credit they remade the dish; this time it looked like chicken, and although not tender it was at least able to be cut - nice sauce and cheese, but terrible chicken.

   We took our grandchildren aged 8 and 11 for dinner. Our server Chris was very good making them feel special. The food was very good. The gnocchi in pesto was very good. Overall great dinner

   This place is a gem. Family owned business and amazing Italian food. One of my favorite southern Italy dishes is Amatriciana, which is very hard to find. They have it here! What a treat, it was delicious. Service was amazing. Definitely a must try! We will be back when we are back in AZ!

   Firstly, excellent food as always three mains ordered for our party, no starters or desserts as helpings are of good proportion. Delicious Tuscan Cab and they have Peroni on tap. Service was decent, a few late items (butter requested arrived after we asked a second time and the beer ordered for service with dinner took several minutes after service to arrive. The ambiance is pleasant but won’t remind you much of your favourite Tuscan trattoria. Owners have done the best they can with the space they lease. It is clean and well lit and parking is plentiful. Have visited many times and will keep coming back.

   We truly enjoyed our night dining at Mamma Lucy's for my wife's birthday. Staff is always super friendly and helpful, the dinner options are amazing, and of course the food is the best Italian food we've had! With the family helping you decide what options might be best to choose, we have always had an amazing experience every time we come. I would strongly recommend Mamma Lucy's as an exceptional dining experience!

    Had the veal parmesan was very chewy hard to cut only came with side of pasta, definately not worth $38. Best part of meal was the bread. There are many other restaurants in the area that serve better veal for less money. This was our first and last time there.
