Don’t reserve recliner seats it’s a total scam!!!
Paid $338 to have dedicated recliner seats to watch 2 big screen TVs so that we could watch the Saturday night football match up against #1-Texas vs #5-Georgia. After being seated at 5pm and waiting for the Texas game to be switched on they put the game on the #8-LSU vs Arkansas game.
When I asked the manager about it he stated that it was the bigger game of the night and there was no guarantee that I would have been able to watch the Texas game and that I should have said something about that when I got in. I let him know that I did a state that to our server from the beginning bc I wasn’t going to pay that dollar amount to watch a different game.
He then offered to split the screen which never happened and after 20 minutes of waiting for that to happen we decided to leave. We saw him as we were leaving him and asked again what happened to the split screen and he stated he wasn’t able to do that bc the TVs were old & they didn’t have that capability. So why offer that to begin with if you cannot accommodate or won’t.
If you are charging such a high dollar amount for someone to reserve a spot to watch a game from your special recliners you should at least have a disclaimer as to what game you can expect to see. Manager was not helpful and somewhat rude stating that maybe he would have been more open to accommodating me if I would have been nicer to him. I was never rude just asked if he could put the Texas game on. Then even got the run around when I asked for the general manager information and was told they didn’t have any business cards to give me.
Total waste of time and money. Recommend whoever is in charge of this establishment get this young manager some management training.
