    Wonderful breakfast experience with a nice cozy atmosphere and super friendly service. Banana bread French toast was a decadent treat. Enjoyed the eggs Benedict with a perfectly made hollandaise and delicious breakfast potatoes. So nice when the dishes are well executed. Also had a perfectly made passion fruit mimosa! And the coffee was the best drip I tasted on the trip.

    The experience of the new years eve dinner was poor. The menu was provided but when ordered, not specified how doneness of the rib and the details in each plate. Also the hen was undercooked, we couldn’t eat any of the four the main course. The waiter was amicable, but the experience overall was not satisfied.

    Where do I start. New years dinner. 5 course meal. Started with a crab cake that was so big it was enough for the night. 2nd corse some deep fried rice ball with an unseasoned tomato sauce. Main entry. Extremely over cooked prime rib with a sweet gravy that was uneatable. I actually gagged trying to swallow it. I couldn’t eat the 3rd bite. Desert was an apple crisp with no crisp. Extremely disappointed

    I liked my choices, but it was not the case with the 2 people with me. Unfortunately, for the price it was not worth what we ate. The portions were huge, we wasted. The service was excellent.

    Really enjoyed the New Years Eve set menu. Good value and good choices for the set menu, enough choice for everyone. Friendly staff and great ambiance.

    Overall a bit disappointed. Usually our go to restaurant in Banff, but the food was definitely not as good as previously. Lots of dishes had sweet potatoes with them but they had run out of sweet potatoes and the fries were not as good as usual. The ribs were a bit dry and some tough and portions crazy big. The focaccia bread and crème brûlée were great still. Our server was excellent!

    Steak meals were tasty. A couple of us ordered pasta and definitely not great. So not really a full service menu
