In the heart of Houston’s Montrose neighborhood, MARCH Restaurant is an intimate Mediterranean restaurant from Chef Felipe Riccio. Serving both 6 and 9 course tasting menus, we study the gastronomy, history, and cultures of the region to answer the question:

“What is Mediterranean cuisine?”

After many years of personal and professional exploration of the Mediterranean – including extended stints at three-Michelin-starred Osteria Francescana and Azurmendi –Felipe has brought this spirit of exploration back to his home in Houston.

The word ‘MARCH’ signifies an area of land on the border between two territories; a frontier between realms. The menu is the team’s love letter to the Mediterranean where we will explore the unique, layered evolution of its many connected cuisines, with beverage pairings/selections artfully curated by partner and Master Sommelier, June Rodil, and the acclaimed beverage team.

This is a reservation is for an experience in The Lounge at MARCH, with options for our a la carte bar menu, caviar, snacks, and dessert service, as well as access to our full selection of wine and spirits. The Main Dining Room at March offers a 6-course and a 9-course tasting Menu. the lounge is perfect for a pre-dinner drink and a bite, a light dinner in an elegant atmosphere, or dessert and a nightcap to end your evening - we welcome you to enjoy a more casual setting of MARCH.

The six-course, vegetarian menu we had was extremely satisfying and the red Burgundy, recommended by the sommelier was an excellent recommendation. The service was exceptional and the ambience was fine except for diners who'd rather not watch the kitchen and service staff do their jobs the location of our table was not the best choice.

We had a good experience from the start till the end. Love that you start your experience at a different area than the dining room. Appreciated the thoughts and the intention behind each dish and appreciated all the components that went into make each dish special, the plate, the decor, the ambiance, and more.

An incredible experience. Attentive, knowledgeable staff (and personable). The food was unique and delicious. The attention to detail was apparent in every aspect of the meal, service and ambiance. It is clear why March was awarded a Michelin star.

The food was tasty. I enjoyed the concept of relaxing with cocktails prior to being seated for dinner. The drinks were great. Offering both alcoholic and non alcoholic options. The tasting menu was beautiful and favors were tasty and at times exotic. I enjoyed the wine pairing with my meal and it didn’t disappoint. Left feeling full and satisfied. Plan to return again in the near future.
