Marco’s Coal Fired started with the simple idea that passion makes great pizza. The authentic taste of Italy is served to you through the finest ingredients and traditional techniques of the Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN). Only 00 flour, San Marzano tomatoes, all natural fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, fresh herbs and fresh, all natural, non-processed ingredients are acceptable. Marco's Coal Fired cooks in authentic, Italian hand built wood fired pizza ovens. Come taste Marco's Coal Fired's efforts and see if we don’t have you dreaming of warm Neopolitian nights, no passport required!

    Marcos coal fire pizza is the best Neapolitan pizza in Denver, hands down. Plus, they offer gluten free crust and vegan cheese options which is awesome. 10/10 would recommend.
