The authentic taste of Italy is served to you through the finest ingredients and traditional techniques of the Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN). Only 00 flour, San Marzano tomatoes, all natural fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, fresh herbs and fresh, all natural, non-processed ingredients are acceptable. Marco's Coal-Fired cooks in authentic, Italian hand built wood fired pizza ovens.

Ambience was a bit antiseptic. We were expecting something a little warmer and inviting. We were seated immediately. We ordered salads and pizza. The salads were fresh and perfectly dressed. Pizza was very good but the crust was not as crisp as the ones we’ve have during previous visits. Service was excellent.

Here’s a draft for your review: Disappointing Experience Marco’s Coal-Fired Pizza has been one of my favorite spots, but my recent visit was a letdown. We ordered two orders of focaccia bread to start, and both arrived cold—not a great first impression. Then, my Hell’s Kitchen pizza was missing sauce, cheese, and toppings on two entire slices, which was incredibly disappointing. This is not the quality I’ve come to expect from Marco’s. I hope this was just an off night, but it really took away from the experience.

Sat next to a door that had people rifling in and it was cold. Could not move to another table. Server was also the hostess and was stretched too thin. Pizza was lukewarm and undercooked. Caesar dressing was awful. Bartender also was running food so drink service was also poor. This was our first time there and last.
