Our experience at Mardel was, in a word, amazing. Aided by an unbelievably lovely and temperate evening, sitting outside on the ocean-facing balcony was a setup for success. Fortunately, both the food and the service more than measured up to the setting. We had a wide variety of items from both land and sea including some ceviches and tiraditos, grilled shrimp, and several unique cuts/preparations of beef, lamb, and pork (OK, it’s embarrassing to admit it was just two of us) and were immensely satisfied. I hope you’re still reading, because I saved the best for last: the service. Truly it was an amazing crew that came together to make our evening so wonderful. Special shout-out to Ulysses, who made us feel welcomed, appreciated, and so, so well served. Thank you Mardel (the staff, the chefs, the whole crew) for ensuring our Veracruz visit is one we will long look back upon with warm and fond memories!

Excelente atención y sobre todo la atención de Julián. Es extraordinaria. Los platillos y bebidas excelentes. El postre de manzana con yogurt griego 10/10

Una gran experiencia, desde la recepción se siente la calidez de su atención, al ser la primera vez que asistía te explican todo el concepto del restaurante, de igual manera, tuvimos varias cortesías de la casa, es un menú variado que trata de cubrir distintos gustos y por último la vista al mar es espectacular, definitivamente volveria a ir.

La atención buena , la comida aceptable, la carne , no muy buena , el postre que era un pastel de chocolate se sentía que ya tenía mucho tiempo de elaborado

Sentimos que la carne no haya sido de su agrado, tenemos distintos tipos de cortes de primera calidad, algunos magros y otros grasos, lo tomaremos en cuenta para guiarle mejor la próxima vez. Todas nuestras preparaciones son muy frescas, analizaremos que pudo crearte esa impresión. Sus comentarios son muy importantes para nosotros, gracias por compartirlos.
