                      Was an incredible experience. The food was amazing and the staff were incredibly polite. There was an issue with the service, as my partner and I waited an hour and a half before someone came to take our food order. However, the owner came over, apologised for the service, gave us free cocktails, and serviced us himself for the rest of the evening. Other than the long wait, which did not appear to be an issue with the restaurant itself but rather an unexpected problem, it was an amazing evening and my partner and I are excited to return!

                      Margaux Lounge is a great asset to Winchester. The cheese selection is amazing and the boards are beautifully presented with every accompaniment you could wish for. The service is good and the very nice owner is always on hand overseeing everything. I can highly recommend.

                      What a fantastic experience. 3 of us spent a wonderful 3 hours at The Margaux Lounge for a retirement celebration. We received a really warm welcome and were able to choose a cosy booth for our experience. We started off with olives and mixed nuts with a celebratory glass of Champagne. We opted for charcuterie boards and were struggling to select from the 7 pages of cheese so enlisted the help of our very knowledgeable waitress. The boards were stunningly presented with generous cheese, some meats, fruit, crackers then accompaniments of chutney and butter. Everything was delicious and surprisingly filling. A lovely bottle of Rioja paired nicely with the boards. A really nice touch at the beginning of the night was being greeted by a chauffeur and asked where we had travelled from as they provide a complimentary service if you live locally. Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit and will be back very soon with my partner.

                      Lovely place to relax and enjoy nice wine and cheese with friends. The staff are very attentive and the restaurant is very welcoming and comfortable I would definately recommend
