Welcome to Marilyn’s Cocktail Bar and Diner, your House of Delicious in the heart of Broadbeach.
Marilyn's is here to offer the highest quality Coffee, Liquor, Cocktails and Diner Style dishes you'll find anywhere in the Gold Coast, and we do it all with a warm welcome and terrible jokes.
Situated a stones throw from the Pink Flamingo, local tram stops and a harder stone's throw from the Star Casino and the Beachfront, Marilyn's is your new favourite Cafe, Bar and Restaurant.
If the American inspired dishes, which include from Classic Smash burgers, NY style Bagels, Deli Favourites and Cocktails created by our award winning bar team isn't enough, our Live Music every Friday and Saturday night will certainly give you every reason to join us for a truly memorable weekend.

                                    The service was exceptional. Extremely friendly staff that went above and beyond. Food and cocktails were delicious. Can’t fault this bar definitely will be returning.

                                    Loved our 1st visit on Tuesday! Excellent value with Taco Tuesday! Loved the extensive cocktail menu as well and the attentive service! Will be back when next on the coast!

                                    Alex and the team at Marilyn’s were exceptional. Their service was amazing and definitely a stand out. The food was delicious and the cocktails were great. The staff really went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied with all aspects of our time at Marilyn’s. 10/10 would recommend!

                                    This place is incredible! Never been here and booked here after a friend suggested it for my birthday and so glad I did. The food was incredible and the drinks were delicious, everything was so well priced too for what you get. Staff were absolutely incredible too, especially Alex!

                                    Attended here in early August with a group of ten others the night before I was due to get married. This was in the notes and not acknowledged by the bar staff which was disappointing. My partner and I had actually come here to check it out six weeks before our wedding (we are from Melbourne) and were considering putting a tab on for our family and friends the day after our wedding but ended up going with another option. The trivia master was an absolute legend! He was engaging and was definitely the highlight of the evening and was one of the redeeming factors of the night. There was not much of an ambiance as the group I came with were a large portion of the crowd. I can’t comment on the food as we didnt get any however the cocktails were well made and thought out.

                                    The food wasn’t worth the $20 for the burgers and $13 for fries with just some cheese on it. I was given half a can of coke no sugar in a little glass and charged $5 which in my opinion is a rip off. The service was very average. The ambience was nice and definitely a nice restaurant but not worth the amount they charge for food which was pretty average and McDonald’s could do a better job in my opinion.

We strive for excellence at Marilyn's, from our service to the very high quality ingredients we use in our food and beverages (something I can guarantee you wouldn't see at McDonald's) This does reflect the price of the items. We always encourage our guests to raise any issues at the time (allowing us the opportunity to fix any issues resulting in a better experience) we appreciate the feedback and will adjust accordingly.
