Join us on March 11th, 2025, where Salty Magazine and Chef Cameron Ingle of Marisi will host a special six course culinary tasting with Chef Rodrigo Rivera Rio of KOLI (Monterrey, Mexico) and Chef Luis Ronzón of Ixi’im (Chablé Yucatán).
The evening will blend Californian-Italian cuisine with the vibrant flavors of Mexico. Dinner is $195 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) with an optional wine pairing for $75.

Chef Cameron Ingle
With over 20 years of experience, Chef Cameron Ingle has worked in diverse culinary settings, from family-owned Italian restaurants to Michelin-starred venues. Starting in Detroit, he honed his skills at Bouchon Bistro in Los Angeles, Bestia, and Bavel. Ingle then moved to New York to work at Blue Hill at Stone Barns, where he embraced the farm-to-table ethos. In 2023, he became Executive Chef at Marisi, focusing on handmade pasta and hearth cooking. In addition, Ingle serves as a Culinary Advisor for the White Buffalo Land Trust and the ROW 7 Chef Trial Group.
Chef Rodrigo Rivera-Rio
Raised in Mexico City, Chef Rodrigo Rivera-Rio’s sustainable culinary approach stems from his upbringing in a family rooted in agriculture and ranching. After studying at the Culinary Institute of México, he and his brothers opened KOLI Cocina de Origen, a restaurant that explores northeastern Mexican cuisine. KOLI earned a Michelin star in 2024 and was named one of Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants. Rivera-Rio continues to showcase the flavors and culture of Nuevo León.
Chef Luis Ronzón
Passionate about traditional Mexican food, Chef Luis Ronzón developed his skills in Mexico City, Copenhagen’s Noma, and Quintonil. As Executive Chef of Ixi’im at Chablé Yucatán, he leads a restaurant named one of the 50 Best Hotels in the World (2024). Ixi’im also received the Prix de Versailles for Best Restaurant Design. His Mayan Cochinita Pibil was featured on CNN’s Eva Longoria: Searching for Mexico.
