CROCKER’S FOLLY ( MAROUSH) ambience was excellent. The architecture is worthy of mention. Service was excellent. Food: The selection of Mezze was very good. The main course — shish touk was good. The mixed grill is not recommended, it was dry and overcooked. RD ( Please do not give the full name of the Diner)

We had an excellent evening this week at Maroush, Crockers Folly. A beautiful building and an excellent choice of food, including lots of vegan options. The service was excellent with our food arriving promptly despite there being a number of large groups in the restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive, checking whether we had everything we needed and whether the food was good. In fact the food was delicious. The portions are generous and we ended up ordering more than we could eat. We were not rushed away at the end of the meal and the staff were happy for us to more to a quieter bar to have another drink whilst chatting and relaxing after the meal. I would definitely go back.

This is the second year we have had a meal here prior to going onto an evening match at Lords . Venue is literally round the corner from Lords. I haven’t had much experience of Lebanese food and it was great to try something different. The waiter was very helpful with advice. We shared some perfectly cooked delicious lamb and chicken with Lebanese bread and a tasty tabbouleh salad. We weren’t rushed and enjoyed a leisurely meal in this beautiful, interesting building. Would definitely recommend.

Lunch for 4 during the Test Match. Very much improved from the previous two years. Nice and. Aries menu and the food was cooked perfectly. Service a little slow but it was a nice day sitting outside.

What a wonderful welcome! Our gracious host ensured excellent service to accompany a delicious meal. I took a group of colleagues out for dinner and I'm very glad we went to Maroush. It was perfect. Thank you!

We loved the building and especially the beautiful rooms inside . The waiter was very friendly and fun and made us feel very relaxed . The food was very tasty and good value for money . The house wine was excellent.
