Massimo Capra is one of Canada’s most prominent chefs and Massimo’s Italian Fallsview Restaurant reflects his distinct connection to both Italy and Niagara through a combination of classic Italian cuisine and high-quality, often locally-sourced ingredients.     Our food was terrific. I had chicken parm. Our table was right next to the windows, so we had an amazing view. Debbie,our server, was attentive and made our experience great

    We had a delicious meal at this restaurant. Highly recommend the linguine pasta and the chicken Parmesan. We had a great view of the fall and the fireworks at 8 PM. The only downside was that it was very dark in the restaurant and my husband had a hard time reading the menu. But I thought it was nice and added to the ambience.

    We loved every second of our experience. The view and ambiance were perfect, service was professional and warm, food was fantastic. I'm not giving 5 stars only because I've tried several courses menu in my life, and even though the food was delicious, we were left a little hungry. And usually that doesn't happen when you do courses menu, portions are always small we know that, but in the end you feel satisfied. It was a 7 course menu, and it was light and fresh, which we really appreciated, but a few of the courses were very too little, but again flavors were amazing! Thank you for a great experience

    We had to wait for 20 mins to get our seat eventhough we had a reservation. It took them almost 45 mins to serve us with the 1st meal which was a soup and it was cold. I had to choose vegeratian option as I have seafood allergy and they brought a small plate of root vegetables for the course. Overall, bad service, very low food and had paid extremely overpriced value for a 7 course meal which was cold and not even filling!

    I thought that the result, because it is Italian, should have dishes more referring to the type of restaurant it is! Anyway, I didn’t like it that much! Food so far reasonable, little quantity and little option! I wouldn’t go back to this restaurant

    Disappointing New Year's Eve Experience at Massimo’s Italian Fallsview Restaurant We chose Massimo’s Italian Fallsview Restaurant for our New Year’s Eve celebration, hoping for a combination of great food, a stunning view, and an unforgettable vibe. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations, and the $600 bill for two was absolutely not worth it. Food (5/10): The 7-course menu was average, Not a single dish stood out as exceptional or worth recommending. For a premium experience, we anticipated at least one memorable dish, but this wasn’t the case. View (2/10): The main reason we booked this restaurant was for the iconic Fallsview. However, the mirrored glass of the windows made it nearly impossible to enjoy the view at night. Instead of a breathtaking sight of the falls, all we could see were reflections of the restaurant itself. Forget taking decent photos— I’d only recommend going during daylight if the view is what you’re after. Vibe (3/10): The vibe was casual and lacked the elegance of fine dining. Despite being New Year’s Eve, the atmosphere didn’t feel festive or special. The New Year package promised access to a DJ and a midnight buffet, but the buffet closed by 11:30 PM. Worse, the restaurant didn’t have enough payment terminals, forcing guests (including us) to pay at midnight. This meant missing the countdown entirely—defeating the purpose of celebrating New Year’s Eve. Overall, the experience didn’t justify the cost. I wouldn’t recommend it for special occasions Especially at such a steep price point. If you’re considering this restaurant for the view, may be try during the day.

    Bad and non tasty food. Looks like the chef never do a previous taste proof of the menu. Poor portions. Very expensive and hidden price during the reservation. Just great views.

    Extremely disappointing NYE dinner, from the food to the (lack of) service and dirty washrooms. Our 90 min set course ran into 2.5hrs making us miss our midnight plans. Hidden fees, rude servers and pedestrian food was a huge let down.
