    I booked my wifes Galentines dinner for a group of 7. They had requested Cecil as he has helped us most recently and happy with his service. I have hosted dinners for friend, business partners and my company christmas dinners there. She was told by hostes that checked her in that Cecil was not available and sat them. The server Daniel they had was good. 2 hours later a female manager comes to table and tells a guest of my wife that they needed to pay the bill and check out because they were busy. Valentines weekend ok im sure they were, however the desserts order had just been put in by server. As the desserts were arriving at table another female manager comes and says you guys need to check out. My wife was hosting the dinner and says I am the host of this evening. Why was I not told to close but my guest were. She was embarrassed about the moment made the table feel very uncomfortable. She asked for the General manager and that point the guest were uneasy and wanted to leave the restaurant as the GM came to party and said you dont have leave my apologies as they were in lobby with complimentary drinks like this was handled very poorly by a Fancy steakhouse. The restaurant group should have management retrained especially host at front be more welcoming with guest. Dinning experience was subpar and with our years that we have been going have been tarnished by leadership there at restaurant. Very disappointed and upsetting how my wifes evening turned out by a place we held very high standards. Highly Disappointed. Jaime Garcia Palm Valley Ins.

    It was our first time there, our server was nowhere to be found, we had to ask other servers to bring us drinks and appetizers. When it was time to get our check to pay cur server Elise took our payment and had us wait 20 min because she stated she forgot she took our payment.

    Everything was ok except my steak was a little undercooked for my liking towards the center cut of the steak. (Medium well)

    We booked dinner for Valentine’s Day because they did not have a preset menu. We started with cocktails then shared a really nice meal. The servers were pleasant and food brought out when we wanted. They did not rush us on a busy night! It was lovely.

    The food was some of the best I’ve had in the Palm Springs area. Lemon drop cocktail presentation was special. There was music which made the noise level hard to have conversations. Service & food were both excellent .

    We had a 4:45 reservation on Valentine’s Day. Music didn’t start till after 6, which was a big disappointment for Valentine’s Day dinner. We were originally told we had 90 minutes for dinner. When I questioned the 90 minute time allotment because our order was slow in being served, the server said we could have 2 hours. Overall, the experience was not up to par for Mastro’s and certainly not for a special occasion. Never again. Wish both wish we stayed home.

    Samantha took great care of us her service was top notch. Food was great the cocktails were great and we really enjoyed the live music Can’t wait to go back
