Maxine's magnificent interiors are inspired by the funky watering holes of Soho and the corner bistros of Europe. A curated menu by Executive Chef Bobby Milheron and Chef de Cuisine features elevated breakfast, brunch, lunchtime and dinner favorites that offer peak flavor and freshness. From morning favorites to later-day delights, discover what fits your fancy at the West End's premier neighborhood café and bar.

We are open daily for breakfast, brunch and dinner.
Walk-ins are always welcome and reservation for dinner service are available.

Service of food was slow. It was at its busiest. Sat brunch. Staff is always friendly and excellent.

Maxine’s was great! Natalie was our server and she was outstanding! She was so sweet! The food was so good and very reasonably priced! We sat outside and it was very quiet, but cozy!

Excellent food and menu, the heated patio was so cozy on a rainy and stormy night, severs went out of their way to make it a lovely evening!

Staff great. Manager visited table 4 times. Hands on which show. Friendly. Had 3 shareable between 2 people. Favorite lobster gnocchi, fried chicken sauce little too spicy.

Outstanding, top to bottom. Impressive menu, and talented kitchen to do it justice. Intelligent and nuanced service. We never felt interrupted by our server, yet she always appeared at the right moment. Attractive decor, and comfortable space. 10/10.

Crispy chicken, cheeseburger and fries, and mussel tartine were very good. Wish cheeseburger wasn’t as soggy. Taste was good though. Cherry Gin Sour and gin and tonic were good. Wish there was a few other items on food menu. Impressed with restaurant atmosphere and service. Very difficult to find street parking as many areas are permit, no parking, loading and passenger zone. Wish there was more parking around the restaurant.

The food (half roasted gamehen) was super salty The service from the blonde lady who brought our food was outrageous I asked her about washroom location she looked into my eyes and told me she was busy Seriously?!

Excellent service and tasty food. We were celebrating my friend’s birthday and were surprised to see a birthday card at the table for him, and a complementary desert drink at the end of our meal. We had a great experience and will definitely be back. Thank you Maxine’s!

Overall, we had a very nice evening. Cocktails were very good and we really enjoyed the dinner special which was the pork shank for 2 - impressively large but quite delicious, though a bit messy to cut!
