Inspired by a Franco-Indian love story, two cultures come together in gastronomy to awaken the
senses.
Maza Bistrot is joy on a plate; the culmination of a passion for cooking and hosting shared by Rohan
Chanana, from Rajasthan, India and Caroline Astier Chanana from Drôme, France.
Sharing is at the heart of Maza Bistrot - its leitmotif in the form of little steel thalis carefully designed for
friends, family and a community to enjoy. With freshly sourced local and seasonal produce, Maza’s cuisine departs from convention, emphasizing playfulness using spices and textures.
Marrying ancestral cooking techniques and modern inspiration, Maza endeavours to represent the
symbiosis of East meeting West.
The team at Maza warmly invites you to drop by to enjoy a cup of cardamom-laced chaï, or perhaps a
glass of wine at the bar with your favorite dishes.

Maza Bistrot was wonderful. From pace of service, to presentation, and most importantly taste, the restaurant is top class. Made for a very special meal for Nochebuena. Gracias!

The best Indian food I have had in decades. A very enjoyable experience and a solid value. Also, the owners are both charming and are clearly enjoying themselves.

This is a modest and unpretentious place but with good ambience, exquisite food and excellent service. It was good to be guided so expertly through the food and wine choices. Highly recommended.

Deliciosa la fusión francesa e hindú. Los platos tienen ese sabor casero y acogedor. El que la chef 🇫🇷 y el chef 🇮🇳 se acerquen y conversen y te expliquen, es un gran plus.
