    Needed somewhere to eat with my niece who is GF & coeliac.Staff went out of their way to ask 2 chefs,and find out. All was great, my niece was extremely happy with her meal, as we're the other 3 of us. Excellent service, friendly and competent staff. Menu has returned to one that offered wide range of choices, with great meal variety and options. Meals were hot and well presented.Thank you for a most enjoyable evening eveningvv

    We had a lovely buffet at the Lantern Club. Food was good and we didn't feel rushed at all. Great customer service by the staff. First time going out for Xmas lunch and would do it again. Would recommend to others.

    Lovely Christmas decorations, and even Santa (and an elf) there for photos. Christmas specials menu : maple glazed ham, or a smoked ham pizza, or salmon fillet, as well as normal menu available. Our group of 9 enjoyed our meals, served very quickly, but it would be good to have plates cleared more quickly, half the table was cleared once the rest were left. Bar staff were constantly checking for empty glasses to clear away.
