    Christmas Day family celebration and the 6 of us were moved to the back where the parties usually are. We had to constantly ask for our waters and drinks to be refilled even after 2 or 3 reminders. Chilis is better at this believe it or not. We had incorrect food sent, large wait times for each course, empty glasses and dishes not picked up, etc. We even put 4 empty glasses plus empty bread baskets in front of me to see if the manager would even jump in and help. He came by 2 or 3 times helping another table and never stopped to help. We were seeing the exact same thing happen to other tables. The food was okay, but not the quality you can receive at other restaurants for the same prices. We didn’t complain but they knew the service was not great and offered a 20% off coupon for our next visit lol. We will not need it as we will not be coming back to this or any other Landry’s restaurant. They kill good restaurants in my opinion and experiences.

    Horrible service that failed to meet expectations on what was supposed to be a nice Christmas Eve dinner. Would have done better at Texas Roadhouse

    We ordered the Mahi-Mahi grilled and the Salmon blackened. Both dishes were prepared as ordered, but both fish dinners were overly buttered or oiled. The sides of spinach and broccolini were also excessively oily - if you prefer non-oily vegetables, then ask for them dry. The portions were good and the value was fine. The sourdough bread was a bit chewy and the server did not ask if we wanted more bread when our dinners arrived, and actually took the little bit of bread left in the basket away. I also ordered the Field of Greens salad and other than maybe 2 or 3 pecans and a very tiny portion of cheese, it was just greens. I expected a lot more pecans and cheese for a $12 salad. I also had to keep asking the waiter for more hot water for the hot tea I was drinking, as he was not watching closely for drink refills. My husband had to ask for more wine as well, instead of the serving noticing that he had no wine left in his glass and might want more. The food was served a bit on the cold side. All in all, it was an adequate meal, but it could have been so much better with a bit more attention to detail on the food temperature, the service and the oilyness of the fish and vegetables.

    The happy hour is great here. Very good prices and quality. After happy hour we got a table and the food service was very slow. The lobster bisque is amazing. The food was good but took way too long.

    It was one of those horrible experiences where you spend waaaay too much on food that is not good and you walk away disappointed and angry. Nothing was fresh. I should have stayed home and ate tuna fish.

    Hadn't been here in years but remembered it fondly. Post-Covid the number of restaurants has declined downtown and so, obviously, has the quality. Our party waited far too long for someone to seat us. (We had a reservation) Maybe they were understaffed but the restaurant was not busy. It was half full at best. The server was pleasant enough however we waited too long for our food. That clearly was not his fault but I wouldn't have minded the wait if the food was better quality. Avoid what passes for a Caesar salad. And if you are in the mood for shrimp scampi, go somewhere else. I was served a dry--yes, dry--overly peppered mess. Maybe that's their unique interpretation, but it clearly missed the mark.

    Not a great experience. Service was very slow. We were in no hurry but were there for two hours and forty minutes. Our food came out after several tables seated after us. A second beer took 30 minutes. Second basket of bread also took a very long time. The food was very good but the service was very poor.
