Since 1998, McCormick & Schmick's Seafood & Steaks has served Baltimore delicious seafood with a contemporary twist. Our classic décor features hand-crafted walnut wood, as well as beveled and stained glass – creating the warm, sophisticated atmosphere of a private club. As weather permits, outdoor dining is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
A distinctive feature of our restaurant is our beautiful bar area that offers you a comfortable environment from which to enjoy a wide variety of wines, beers, classic drinks, and trendy cocktails.
Located on the famous Inner Harbor, we offer a one-of-a-kind destination with a view of the Seven Foot Knoll Lighthouse and a quick walk, drive or Water Taxi ride to many popular sports venues, shopping and attractions.     Arrived late but restaurant is in it’s after Christmas atmosphere so nobody was there when we arrived. Server is extremely helpful and nice! Food is good and the soup is delicious, the view is also wonderful for inner harbor scenery!!

    Our server was just bad . We sat for 15 mins no server no water. We had to find him for our check.

    Sat at the bar. Great spot but they were busy and the 2 bartenders were making drinks for the whole restaurant so our service was friendly but not fast or very accurate.

    The restaurant full but not overly crowded. We arrived an hour early than our reserved time and was seated immediately without pause. Kudos for that. Service was EXTREMELY slow. It took 20 minutes to get bread & water. Guess that was an indicator of how the rest of the service would go. We decided not to do appetizers because of such a long wait and ordered dinner as soon as our waiter stopped by. Once he saw my annoyance I feel like he picked up the pace just a tad but not enough for my liking. Dinner when it finally came was room temperature. I am the kinda person who loves to see the steam coming off my food. That definitely didn’t happen. On our way out I noticed that there seemed to be only two cooks which may have explained the delay. Hwr, I feel like our waiter could have been more transparent or offered us an explanation as to why his service was so stagnant. I am VERY understanding. Hopefully it was just a Christmas thing.

    My family and I really enjoyed our dining experience. The ambiance was beautiful, our waiter Rashid was awesome and no overcrowding. Before the pandemic, we made coming here a Christmas tradition and this is by far the best year. Previous years (before the pandemic) it was very crowded and the food was just ok. But this year no over crowding and the food was excellent. Thank you for making our first time back since the pandemic a great one to remember. Happy holidays to you all!

    Everything was wonderful. The restaurant is beautiful. The bathroom was very clean. The service was prompt. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the total experience.

    The food and service was good, really good -- up until we ordered dessert. The dessert order was taken and then nothing for over 45 minutes (no joke, my daughter made an unrelated comment about the time right as the waiter left, so we remembered the time.) Such a bummer, and the way other waitstaff can make sure to not make any kind of eye contact without us rolling into the aisle is frustrating. We finally flagged a waiter and asked for help. Shortly thereafter the waiter came with the apple pie and cheesecake. He made a comment about taking a long time to cut the pie (? what?) The check came, I added my card and voila! he was gone *again* for another ten minutes! My girls left to get the car, and as he's collecting the bill he's refilling their water even though I assured him they weren't returning. Just weird.

    They must have been short staffed - both server and kitchen. After 2 hours, we didn’t even get to dessert. Med rare steak was extremely rare, server never anywhere to be found. Finally had to go to the front to pay so we could make the movie

    The food was delicious and the service was great. It was quiet in there and the atmosphere was serene. Great for a date night, or just a great meal with views of the harbor. I’d give the food I had( miso sea bass with noodles and vegetables) a 8.5/10.

    Food was outstanding. Probably the best calamari I’ve ever eaten and the dinner was great. M&S Iced Tea was perfect. If the only complaint is waiting for the bill to leave I would call it a great experience. And there was an unexpected Christmas boat parade as a bonus.
