   I hope this email finds you well. I’m writing to share some feedback about our recent visit to Mccormick & Schmick's 03/142025 While we enjoyed the overall atmosphere and looked forward to our meal, we were disappointed by one part of the experience. After requesting bread and butter, the manager kindly informed us it was in the oven. However, despite waiting patiently, it was never brought to our table. We understand that restaurants can get busy, and mistakes happen. Still, we felt a bit let down as this was something we were looking forward to, especially hearing it was being prepared. We appreciate your time and attention to this matter and hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to dining with you again.

   Service was not good at all, which ruins the entire meal. It was not busy at all, so no excuse. Food was pretty bland. Way too many other choices in Chicago so we would not be back here or ever recommend it.

   Dinner was amazing! I went with my son prior to a concert at the Chicago Theatre. I had the Chilean Sea Bass and ahi tuna to start. Fantastic! Our server was very attentive and friendly! Great place!
