The restaurant is conveniently located across the street from Fountain Square – a short trip from many of the city’s sporting venues, theatres, and shopping destinations.     Server was slow and not attentive to our table at all. Ordered the ribeye medium and it came out well done. My wife’s food came out ok but sad that she had to eat her food while I waited on my steak. Christmas dinner and we ate in shifts. My side was asparagus and the 2nd time my steak came out they served broccoli. Also, ordered the 4 oz lobster tail and it did not come out with the steak. I had to tell them about they forgot. I told them to forget it but she still brought it out and charged us. Very sad that this restaurant was this bad on Christmas night for families that wanted to enjoy Christmas dinner together.

    Micah was our server; though I do believe he introduced himself as Mike was wonderful! The amount of food was perfect for holiday spread and the pice spot on. Drinks were over priced by 3 and 4 dollars with no fun special holiday drink to speak of. Had one food intolerance that was stated and still brought to the primary person at table. Therefore the yummy juices from first steak was missing. Steaks were good, now flavor to potatoes nor vegetables. Over all better than Mortan but not a Tony’s or Ruby’s

    Waitress was fine. The service was very slow from the kitchen. The steaks were all burnt except one was raw. The food had no taste, very bland .

    Party of twenty, were told at beginning that we would have two servers one for each table, that lasted about ten minutes, the second server disappeared real quick. Took several reminders and over 45 minutes for drinks, and twice as long for our food order. Was also told separate checks were no big deal, checks to pay out were all screwed up with wrong food on checks or double charged for others. Asked for manager took over thirty minutes to have some man who said he was the manager bothered to help us, took over an hour to get checks sorted out. Food was okay. No one bothered to ask if it was, this place seems to be going down hill quickly.

    I do not like broccolini, I think it’s tough and unflavored full. The rest of the experience was wonderful however. Had calamari love the sweet sour sauce. Micah was a wonderful server.

    Dined here on Christmas Eve so I can understand our 7:00pm reservations taking until 7:45 but this was the least of their problems. This is restaurant basics 101 and the problems were not holiday related, it’s a systemic problem when there are issues at every step. 1). Ordered drinks which took 45 minutes to get 3 drinks. 2). One martini was served in a rocksglass with ice and a cocktail straw. They said they ran out of glasses. The water down drink was sent back and they just strained the ice off into another glass. 3). We had two really hungry kids so we asked if we could get 2 shrimp cocktails for them ASAP, It took 45 minutes to get them! 4). Clam chowder came out cold and was a cup instead of the bowl I ordered, it was taken back and heated but then poured into a bowl but is was still a cups worth of soup. 5). Fish & Chips had a super tough batter, but it was hot. 6). Two people in our party ordered stuffed salmon and were raw. Not just opaque like properly cooked salmon should be but completely raw. 7). Steak was grocery store quality. 8). One child wanted the pickle that comes with the burger, the pickle arrived with dessert. Understaffed, overbooked, no manager presence until we asked for a manager. He did remove some items from the bill. The staff was visibly frustrated. There’s more but I’ve spent enough time on this.

    Great server and given private room. Very crowded as Christmas Eve so did have a half hour wait to be seated and kitchen was backed up.

    In the past we have dined on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Not this year, 2024. The service was horrendous. We walked out without our TO GO dessert which we had paid for. We had to be somewhere and the waitress never came back. However she was very prompt with the bill. Will not return next Christmas.
