    The experience brought the food down from a 7/10 to a 5/10. Front desk was rude and we barely saw our server for most of the night.

    Waited a hour for our reservation. The bartenders were extremely slow and most people walked away. It took us 45 min to get a drink. Even though it’s the holiday, it was very unorganized. The foods not bad and our waiter was really nice.

    We had a 7pm reservation and wasn’t seated until 7:45. We finally got our food at 9 and it was incorrect and cold. Of course the kitchen closed soon after and we were unable to order the desert we wanted because they were “out” of the item. Our waitress was wonderful and comped our appetizer, but the general experience was very disappointing. This was our holiday dinner and was nothing like it should have been.

    While our server was very nice, it took forever for drinks, water, appetizers and entrees. We had a 6:30 reservation for 8 that had to be split into two tables because they couldn’t accommodate our party all together. Our food was cold and some steaks were not cooked. Had to send them back and came back still not cooked. We were extremely disappointed

    Our waitress was very good however the service from the bar was simply poor. Waited 45 minutes for a draft beer and glass of wine. Have never had an experience like this here before but it will cause me pause before I go back.

    No available Valet parking at one of the busiest areas in Center City Philly! It took us over 30 minutes to park. There was then a 35 minute wait to be seated. Our waitress did not appear at the table, for another 9 minutes and I had to ask her, her name. One of our party ordered alcohol and there were long waits for him to recurve his beverage (s). The food was quite good and all the right temperature and cooked as specified. On food alone the experience was great! The environment, staff attention, timing and the expectation that being at that Restaraunt would make up for performance deficits, would be reason enough to tell folks to reconsider. Again, The parking was a nightmare!

    What a perfect dinner to complement our show in Phila. for the holidays. We had a terrific server whose name I’ve forgotten but she was a Temple student and she had a sweet and competent trainee with her. Our oysters were amazing (both raw and Rockefeller) and our entrees (lobster carbonara and stuffed salmon) were out of this world. Our compliments on your beautiful restaurant and fabulous chef. Even the cappuccino at the end was top notch.

    Have eaten here many times prior and was always a wonderful dining experience. This visit was so bad will probably never go again. Service was terrible, slow, wrong soup brought but server was nowhere to be found to report it. Ordered filet mignon medium rare, was very rare and again server never checked. The server did not appear to have more than 4 tables so certainly had time to check how meal was
