    Went for my birthday dinner. Took 30 min for the server to come over then another 40 min to get our drinks. Ordered food and took over an hour. Didn’t bring bread when every other table had some. When we asked took another 20 min to get it after asking 3 more times. Ordered oysters and they didn’t bring any sauce it’s supposed to come with then took like 15 min to bring them and were out of the one. Asked for medium rare salmon and was well done. Like hard. I wanted to get dessert but knew we would not have time because it would be another hour long process. When we asked for checks it took another 30 min then they messed them up and took another 20 min to fix. The worst part is there were at least other tables with as many people as we had who got to eat and leave before our food even came. Would not go back. Horrible experience.

    Service was good, food was delicious and the chocolate truffle cake (flourless) was amazing!!! Negatives include having to wait to be seated for our reservation and when seated, there was a large party of 8 seated next to our table and they were SO loud.

    We waited over 20 minutes to be seated. Martini was watered down and served in a chipped glass. Food wasn’t great and one of our party’s salmon was raw. We were late for a show (due to seating delay) and had no time to send it back. Won’t be back.

    Food was fine. We had a 5:45 pm dinner reservation and table was still not available at 6:00 pm. Decided to eat in the bar area since we were attending a 7:30 pm show at Heinz Hall.

    We made reservations at 5:30 to take our grandma to dinner and a show at Heinz Hall. They did not seat us until after 6:00. The table they seated us at had a soiled tablecloth and a broken chair. We ordered immediately because the show was at 7:30. Our food did not come out until 7:15 and the food was cold. The whole experience was very disappointing & it made us late for the show.

    Had a Reservation, seems they gave are table to someone else, had to wait another 15 minutes for a table, service was really slow, out of the four meals that were ordered two came out cold.

    Ordered a surf and turf special and was charged extra for the seafood and the salad which we were told was included. Our salmon and lobster tail were not fresh, and half of the lobster tail was gummy and inedible . The broccoli and asparagus were so thick that only the very tips could be eaten. I’ve been here several times and was never disappointed, however, for the money we spent, we will not return.

    We ordered appetizers and everything was good. We did order starters but they never came out. We were actually ok with it because we realized we over ordered appetizers. Entrees were cooked perfect, ahi-tuna, bourbon salmon and sea bass were all excellent! Perfect preparation.
