It was Thanksgiving and it was very crowded. I had a reservation at 4:00 pm. I was informed that we would have to wait for a table to open up. We were seated at 4:50 pm. A large party was seated before us and they had reservations for 4:30 pm. We couldn't understand why they were seated before us. At first our waitress said that they were out of the Thanksgiving Dinner. She told us that we would have to order from their regular menu and that it would take an hour to receive out food. She came back and said that she had made a mistake and that because we had a made a reservation they could serve us the Thanksgiving Dinner. She took our order and we made our choices of soup or salad and within minutes our Thanksgiving Dinner arrived., followed by our soup and salad. Later the bread arrived. It would have been nice if our waitress had been informed about our reservation.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

The reservation is correct on this feedback survey you sent (12:00 pm for 9 people—6 adults & 3 kids). However, when we arrived at McGrath’s the online reservation showed 4:00 pm for 4 people!!! Luckily, I saved my confirmations and they also had the correct reservation in a hand-written book. The manager at McGrath’s was beyond gracious and apologetic, but because they were sooo busy, she wasn’t able to get us a table & seat us until about 12:30. Our server was also amazing! He took our drink orders right as & served them quickly, then took our food orders while he was still there, and warned us that food was taking about 45 minutes to be served. Our salads came pretty quickly, but our meals did not arrive until about 1:45!!!—an hour after we ordered. (The restaurant was packed!) We had tickets to see a movie at 2:10 at a theater very near the restaurant. So we ate our food as fast as we could, asked for the bill & boxes, and handed my credit card right back to our server when he brought the bill. Boxed up food we didn’t have time finish, and dashed out of the restaurant at 2:10, knowing there are always previews, so we wouldn’t miss the actual film. I have no idea what when wrong with Open Door and why it had our reservation wrong at McGrath’s?!! But we would have had a very enjoyable Thanksgiving dinner (even if it still took an hour to get our meals) if our reservation would have been correct on their computer and we had have been seated on time at 12:00. I’m going to be very wary of using the Open Door app in the future!請問這對你有幫助嗎？

First time visiting the city and leaned on Open Table’s recommendation list for restaurants and Stanley & Seafort’s definitely delivered! Janaly warmly welcomed us and although 15 minutes early, sat us promptly at a premiere table overlooking the city and a spectacular sunset. Janaly made us feel like family, genuinely inquired about our intentions then, secretly passed the information to Liz and the culinary team. Liz was engaging, enthusiastic about the menu, and acknowledged the intention we shared with Janaly, making us feel special, understood and a sense of belong. We were delighted from the first sip of our well balanced cocktails and surprised by the Chef de cuisine personally introducing his team’s work to our table. I enjoyed the creative seasonal mahimahi special and delicious creme brûlée which the team presented as a celebration for our intention. Wow! Overall, Stanley and Seafort’s, offers an exceptionally valuable dining experience for the price paid. The passion and synergy is particularly notable between the front and heart of house which showed up in the timing and quality of the culinary, mixology, ambiance, and spirit of hospitality. We went 25 miles out of our way to dine here based on reviews. IDK what restaurant they were dining at when they left such great reviews. Hostess was slow, and the place was pretty empty for a Saturday night at 6:15. The waiter did not understand or chose not to listen that we wanted to know what the fresh oyster selection was. Two of us order the "prawn" skewers, and they were very, very small shrimp that were served cold on sticks. I know they had prawns because another person at the table ordered the fried prawns, and they were certainly prawn sized. The chowder was served room temp, and the waiter did not come back to check on us once dinner was served. On this day, this restaurant was very mediocre. I ordered a shrimp louie salad with no dressing and ranch on the side. My salad came out drenched in thousand island dressing with more thousand island dressing on the side. I let the lady who served it know (wasn’t our waiter). She seemed incredibly put out to have to take it back. Our waiter brought out a new salad that looked like someone already ate it. The presentation was absolutely disgusting. It looked nothing like the picture. All the salad mixings were tossed together and looked nothing like what it should have looked like. There was barely any shrimp in the salad. I didn’t say anything as it simply wasn’t worth it. I will NOT be going back. Sad because I really did enjoy eating at this restaurant.有1人認為這對他/她有幫助
