We're Open for Outdoor Dining, Takeout & Delivery! A variety of delicious, ready-made cocktails to go are now available. Try a Mai Tai, sidecar or sour – ask your server or check menus online.

Located in Edgefield's main lodge, the Black Rabbit is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Choose from an innovative menu of Northwest cuisine and traditional favorites with seasonal ingredients. Take your pick from a selection of McMenamins' own handcrafted ales brewed onsite. Edgefield wines and spirits add to your choices, along with a hearty bar menu.

After sitting at our table for 20 minutes and watching servers just pass by not even saying hello, my husband went to the hostess stand to ask if anyone knew we had been seated. She was the best, immediately coming to say sorry and she would take our orders. She then seated another couple in a booth right next to us minutes later and a server immediately started taking their order and their drinks arrived before the hostess returned to take our order. The chicken wings we ordered were amazing! The halibut was perfectly cooked, but the sauce was bland. We will try this restaurant again, but a little coaching with the staff could go along way. At least take note that we had no water glasses, place settings or anything on the table so a simple, “have you been helped?” would go a long way!

The restaurant was absolutely beautiful. However we had to wait for almost an hour for our food from ordering time. I never got tasters I asked for of their ciders and to try and get the dessert menu and check took forever.

The Waitstaff was awesome we ordered a steak and a hamburger the steak was ok but the burger was cold and Waaaaaaaaaaaay over cooked I asked for rare and it was shoe leather Our crabcakes were good but thats about it Annnnnnnnd we waited a hour and a half for crappy food

It was a lovely experience, though it wasn't super busy and it was long gaps between seeing our server. I would have ordered more drinks if he'd kept coming back.

Service was very slow. The restaurant did not have enough servers to take care of the patrons. Poorest experience of all the times we’ve been there.
