Announcing our Winter Hours! From October through May we will be open Wednesday - Saturday from 4:00pm-8:30pm for reservations!

Farm to table dining in Pagosa Springs. Proudly serving fresh local ingredients from neighboring farmers, purveyors, and artisan favorites. Weekly menu changes, depending on season and product availability. Delightful flavor combinations, hearty portions, and craft cocktails, beer and wine to pair.

Our Outdoor Dining Area is closed for the season, but it's nice and toasty inside! Summer will bring back our outdoor patio and riverside seating which adds increased availability to dine in our intimate mountain Eatery.

    We only eat here on special occasions because it is quite expensive, but we always feel like it's money well spent. The staff if friendly and knowledgeable, and they really make you feel take care of without being overbearing. We've never been even slightly disappointed by any of the food or drink ordered.

    As always, the food was creative the cocktails were creative the wine list was ext and we had a wonderful time!

    Service was excellent and food was very good. We had 2 appetizers and 2 salads, no alcohol and our bill was $100.00. Very expensive for what we got. My husband added chicken to his salad and the chicken alone was $20.00.

    Such a treat to find this restaurant experience in Pagosa Springs! The space was airy, yet intimate; the food offerings were interesting and fresh (particularly the Starters list!); and the service was spot on! Highly recommend the unique Dutch baby appetizer. When in PS and looking for an urbane, sophisticated, and romantic spot for dinner, make a reservation at Meander Riverside.

    Exquisite. We wanted to try several items, so we took a tour, and it was all phenomenal! Great ingredients represented by a great chef makes food magical.

    Exquisite food, amazing wine pairings and cocktails and excellent, attentive service. The humble vegetable soup might have been my favorite bite. Well worth a trip to Pagosa Springs just for this dining experience.

    We shared several dishes and they were all very good however the main courses were very expensive.

As I'm sure you have noticed, costs of food and staffing are higher than ever and Meander aims to source the best ingredients possible. Coupled with our philosophy of providing excellent service, while retaining a professional staff, we are confident that our prices are fair. Meander has a focused menu with an emphasis on quality. We like to think that we have a diverse menu with something for everyone at various price points.     Our second time at Meander and it did not disappoint! The farm to table food and atmosphere is truly a unique touch to Pagosa and there should be more places like it! Can’t wait to come back! The food is incredible and the cocktails are so thoughtfully curated. Top notch!
