Surrounded by a stunning display of fine wines, this intimate space is perfect for celebrations, family dinners, or corporate meetings. The space is perfect for groups of 10-18 guests. To extend the time of your booking please email info@medicinebakery.co.uk Whilst there is no minimum spend to use the room all guests must order from our food menu.

Thoughtfully designed to provide a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance, it ensures privacy and comfort for your guests. The room is perfect for groups of 8-12 guests. If you would like extended hours for your booking please email info@medicinebakery.co.uk There is no minimum spend to use the room however all guests must order from the food menu.

    What a fabulous restaurant. I regularly use the Medicine Bakery to meet friends . The food and drink is excellent , a lot of choice, freshly cooked , presented beautifully and always tastes amazing. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and always make us feel so welcome , will definitely keep returning

    I came here for my birthday and G I believe was our waitress, honestly she went the extra mile to make my birthday brunch a rememberable one and I can’t thank her enough. Xx

    Great food, unfortunately cutlery and glasses were very dirty and it had just opened!

    Hi Joshua, I am very sorry to read your comments. I have investigated further, as it was a real concern. The cutlery and glasses were clear, however, they had not been buffered correctly. This has been resolved and retrained already and i can reassure this will not happen again. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, it has been essential in keeping our standards high.     Service really let this place down. Was sat waiting for my friend to arrive for 30 minutes, and they didn’t even offer me a drink. Had to flag someone down to order one and once my friend arrived, had to flag them down again after 15 minutes, meaning nobody had actually come to the table of their own accord for 45 minutes. To make it worse, it wasn’t even busy and there were several waitresses standing around on their phones, doing nothing. They need to be more attentive to their customers. The food was lovely though.

    Hi Kiera, I am so disappointed to hear that your service was poor on Saturday 14th December. I will be investigating with the team, as why your table was overlooked. I have checked the reservations and it had been a very busy day, so please accept my apologies, i can only assume they thought you were waiting for your friend prior to ordering. We do strive to give our guests an amazing experience and feedback is essential. I appreciate you taking the time and the great comments on your food.     Perfection, couldnt ask for more. Service charge could have added to the bill as we felt we wanted to tip more as an unrelated employee group ☺️

    Nice atmosphere, in a busy location (Mailbox). Feels upmarket. Prices in line with what you'd expect in a city centre. Pleasant staff.

    The only criticism was around the lack of follow up on the order of a second round of drinks… One of the team forgot so we had to follow up with another.. Other than that, all good! Will definitely come back,..

    The restaurant was cool and my food was delivered to me cooler than I would have liked and went cold quickly. The restaurant was busy but not impossible, there was a delay bringing my table's drinks. I complained at the time and the cost of a meal was taken off the bill. Overall a dissapponting experience.

    Hi Stephen , I am very sorry your visit to Medicine was a disappointment. The temperature in the terrace can be cooler on cold days , with the open access in the Mailbox.     Not the variety I had hoped for but tasted nice. Also had to go outside venue for coffee and cake. When there they seemed to have nicer options

    Been here a few times now - the menu is great and lots to choose from (including if you are vegetarian). Not the cheapest but the food tastes good!
