   Diverse menu, food was great service with a smile warm friendly hard working staff..would highly recommend…will definitely be visiting soon!!

   New menu. New things to try. Turkish eggs and gochujuang rice bowl were excellent. Outstanding service as usual. Love the place

   Food didn’t taste fresh, we both had the medicine breakfast. It tasted like it had been sat under a heat lamp to keep warm, although the greens it was served with were lovely. The service was inconsistent, we had been served breakfast within half hour however probably for the reason mentioned above and then what seemed like forever for our sweet baked goods which we chose from the display. We then ended up having smoothies to go as they also took forever, granted they were fresh and did taste delicious. Overall I would say the atmosphere was lovely, the baked goods and smoothies were great. The breakfast was a disappointment so I would think twice about returning.

   Hi Sarah, I am sorry you were disappointed with your visit on Monday. I can reassure you all our dishes are freshly prepared, with fresh ingredients. Unfortunately, we did have a member of the team off sick on Monday and that may have been the reason why you had to wait a little longer for your food . A team member was brought in to support as quickly as possible, so I can only apologies and Thank you for your patience and understanding. I hope you will reconsider and visit us again.    The food here has never disappointed! I’ve eaten at the Codsall restaurant many times and have never had a bad meal. My only dissatisfaction with this last visit was the service from the staff. I’m completely understanding that the bakery was on the busier side on the day/time we booked, however I feel as though staff were not very attentive. It took them around 15 minutes to come over and take our order, and I believe it was only because I stood and started walking over to the counter that the waitress noticed we were ready to order, and we didn’t receive any cutlery until I asked when the food came out if I could get cutlery from anywhere. Despite feeling as though the service wasn’t up to the usual standard I know it to be to, I would likely return because I hope this was just a one off, and the food is always impecable.

As Mothers Day weekend, we were unexpectedly busier than even we had anticipated, so i apologies this affected your experience.    What a fabulous morning! The staff are always incredibly helpful here, and the food was spectacular as always! We even had takeaway cakes for later on and to gift the other halves! We highly recommend the Harrissa eggs Benedict, the brioche French toast is heavenly! As it’s mostly table service though, I would encourage your staff to ask if we would like further drinks… and also to let us know how to settle the bill. You’re almost left to your own devices after you’ve eaten and you’re missing valuable sales due to this!

    I have been here several times and always recommend it to friends & family but I will not be returning again. We arrived and the restaurant was pretty quiet and the server cleaned a booth up for us, my mother-in-law noticed window booths were emptied and asked for one of those instead and the server seemed really annoyed. She wiped the table, said it's ready and chucked the cutlery in the middle of the table with a huff. If you haven't been before your cutlery is usually lay out for you on a napkin. We then ordered our drinks and food, I had the Fried Chicken on French Toast. I was excited to try this and tucked in when it came but as soon as I moved a chicken piece off my bread there was a hair stuck to my French Toast, I immediately stopped eating and returned it to the lady at the till. I also visited the toilet a few times as I am 9 months pregnant and I had my 2 year old daughter with me, what a disgusting mess. Toilet roll lose and dirty, dirty toilet paper and on the sink and hand dryer not working. My daughter also crawled under the table to her nan and came out filthy, dropped her coat on the floor and it came out very dirty. Sugar popped not filled up and was very dirty. I am so gutted as I previously said I love it there usually, but with all that and a bill at the end for 3 meals and a few drinks coming to £57 I am honestly so disappointed and unimpressed. I will not return again or recommended this place ever again. Massive shame!
