The place is beautiful. The servers are very nice and apologetic . They cannot handle a full house at 6:30 on a Saturday. People gave up waiting to order and just left. The $18 eggplant dish didn’t have piece of eggplant in it. It’s a soup.

Hello David, Please accept my apology for the dinner service. We had 2 new staff on the floor that day and it was their first dinner rush. They have been trained since and things are running smoothly now. The eggplant dish (Bharta Makhani) is traditionally not supposed to have any eggplant pieces. Eggplant is first roasted in Tandoor and the meat is scooped out and cooked with spices and cream creating a creamy dish.

I have to start with saying that my go-to Indian dish is saag. Unfortunately, this saag was one of the most bland saag's that I ever had. Usually, the spices in this dish are so flavorful. Sorry to say that this just didn't cut it. Ordered it medium heat/spice...wasn't hot at all. Also, there weren't very many pieces of meat...maybe 5 small pieces? Had the naan bread. Again, not typical of traditional Indian naan.. I might go back to try something else, but I'd never order saag again. This was the 2nd time that I had it here. I do have a favorite Indian restaurant, but this was just convenient for this time, so I figured I'd give it another shot. Disappointed.

The food was quite good, especially liked the Dall soup and tandoori chicken legs with just the right level of spices. Service was very good as well.
