Meraki Restaurant & Bar, offers modern Greek, Mediterranean cuisine, an extensive wine list and expertly crafted cocktails.

Close to Oxford Circus & Goodge Street stations, housed in Fitzrovia, an area steep in history, now buzzing with bohemia as a popular dining destination. Meraki features contemporary interior, the atmosphere is relaxed yet stylish.

The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Signature dishes include the ‘Seafood Giouvetsi’; Succulent, tender lobster meat, prawns and squid are delicately cooked, nestled into a bed of orzo pasta and beautifully enhanced with a rich tomato sauce, infused with lemon zest.

Peter Waney opened Meraki in 2017, after seeing a gap in the London market for premium Greek cuisine. Culinary Director Sanjay Dwivedi joined the family early 2022 to help expand Meraki globally, working with the talented chefs, to elevate the menu, for a fresh, mouth-watering gastronomical experience.

    The host was absolutely delightful, both before and after the meal! She made our experience extra memorable with her kindness and humor. The food was delicious, a mix of small and larger plates. Highly recommend the mushroom skewer, which had very tender and flavorful mushrooms and veggies. The lavender and blueberry sour was a delectable mocktail, too, and fairly priced. Overall, it was fantastic—we’ll be back!

    The restaurant is dishonest in their food and ingredients, for our dishes, salt crust sea bass is not from the “salt crust” displayed by the waitress, and seafood risotto is “garnished” with the dried shell of a half lobster with no actual lobster tail meat in it.

    Staff were really friendly but it was clear they were understaffed. Had to go up and ask to order, and service was a bit slow. Food is delicious but very very expensive for what it is. Could go Michelin star for not that much more

    We are so glad we stopped into Meraki for dinner! We were running late and the host called to confirm we were still coming, happily seating us after our reservation time. The food was outstanding and the service was so friendly we felt like we were eating in someone’s home. A standout was the roasted cauliflower!

    Starters and sharing plates were very tasty but the star of the show was the Red Snapper Special which was exceptional. Our vegetarian was very happy with her choices as well. Oh and the sommelier helped us find a delicious Greek wine too!
