This experience is for the surrounding tables in the Polar Bear Room and does not guarantee a table in front of the dancing polar bears. These tables require a $25 deposit per person which will be applied as the minimum toward your final bill (excluding tax & gratuity). To guarantee a table in front of the polar bears, please book the Polar Bear Table experience.

    We had a fantastic time celebrating my wife's birthday with family at Mercat Bistro. Our hostess, Chantel, and the staff provided exceptional service. The presentation of the food was not only beautiful but also absolutely delicious!

    This is a wonderful Parisian bistro in the heart of the Harwood District. Our brunch was delicious and the French Press coffee perfect. Yuliia, our serveuse, was exceptional. Highly recommend. And congrats on the MIchelin recommendation.

    I believe the device was good but they did not know the names of scotches available and there was a shortage of single block ice cubes to go with the old fashioned or scotches I ordered. That I thought was weird. The appetizers were ok (shishito peppers and oysters) but the entrees were great (filet mignon and short ribs). Expected knowledgeable waiters although they were very nice and polite.

    My girlfriends and I tried this place out for a birthday and everything was perfect!!! From the reservation capabilities & valet to the ambience and beautiful patio, to our incredibly kind server (I see you, George) and the absolutely fantastic food, we seriously had the best brunch ever and we will definitely be back to this super cute and chic bistro.

    Just a phenomenal birthday celebration at Mercat. Wonderful service from Oscar as always. My mother had a terrific pork tenderloin, and my salmon may have been the best I’ve ever had.
