OpenTable美食編輯：《洛杉磯時報》曾將Peter Merriman譽為「夏威夷群島的Alice Waters（美國名廚）」，盛讚這名主廚運用在地食材的廚藝精湛，多年來無人能出其右。於1988年在夏威夷大島上開業的第一家Merriman's，將夏威夷堅果脆煎鬼頭刀和香酥芋球等夏威夷經典菜色變化出新滋味，成為餐廳招牌。截至2018年，該餐廳集團已經在夏威夷的四座島嶼落地生根。最新開設的分店位置在檀香山，餐廳內採用色調鮮明大膽的綠白相間地板和叢林印花布料，格外引人注目。

Came here with a group of 7 after a memorial service. Perfect place to bring some people I didn’t know well. Everyone enjoyed their meal and staff were very accommodating. Always enjoy the food here and of course the Mai Tais. .

We were so happy to see a more expanded menu than last time we were there. After Covid Merrimans seemed to be struggling, but now it’s back better than ever!!! The only area that remains slim and very needy is the beer selections!!!! My husband almost won’t go because of limited choices. They offer no draft beers, no lagers or pilsners!

新婚旅行の最終日ディナーで伺いました！控えめに言って最高の料理とおもてなしでした。オニオンスープとロブスターの入ったパイは絶品でした！またハワイに訪れたときは必ず来ようと夫婦で決めました！

Wow, where have I been? This is a great, high quality, friendly, tasty, comfortable place to eat. The organic chicken in cast iron was one of the best chicken meals I’ve ever eaten in my life. It reminded me of the chicken at a chain restaurant in Japan called Ajitoya. The Beet salad was one of the first salads I’ve eaten that wasn’t overwhelming with one particular item. Even if you don’t like beets, there is enough of other flavors to fall in love with. It has the perfect mix of flavors that work well together. Chocolate Purse for dessert? Don’t bother sharing, get your own…lol. Only small complaint would be it’s a tad bit on the pricier side, but my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here. Our server was great, and you really get a sense that the entire staff that works here, works well together. Lots of smiling faces and cohesiveness from the team. I even saw the hostess walking around helping servers to fill up water. This is a top 5 restaurant in the entire Ward/ Waikiki area, don’t hesitate to go, you will enjoy it very much.

Always good food here, and terrific service. I like coming for a late lunch when not crowded, or happy hour as well. Easy to park nearby for free. The onion soup is killer, but everything is just good , lots of options for comfort food.
