A pioneer of the “Farm to Table” movement in Hawaii, Peter Merriman brings Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Ward Village in Honolulu. Reflecting Peter’s personal style, the restaurant combines the feel of a neighborhood bistro with hints of old Hawaii. OpenTable美食編輯：《洛杉磯時報》曾將Peter Merriman譽為「夏威夷群島的Alice Waters（美國名廚）」，盛讚這名主廚運用在地食材的廚藝精湛，多年來無人能出其右。於1988年在夏威夷大島上開業的第一家Merriman's，將夏威夷堅果脆煎鬼頭刀和香酥芋球等夏威夷經典菜色變化出新滋味，成為餐廳招牌。截至2018年，該餐廳集團已經在夏威夷的四座島嶼落地生根。最新開設的分店位置在檀香山，餐廳內採用色調鮮明大膽的綠白相間地板和叢林印花布料，格外引人注目。

Fantastic Service (ask for Roman!) & delicious meals! Very good wine list! Outside lovely but bring a wrap in our winter months-though our island is lovely all year round! Inside also delightful for energetic atmosphere for sure! But the hustle & bustle adds to a fun evening out! You'll also enjoy some of the most creative & delicious dinners & desserts on island! Have Fun!!

They have an amazing Happy Hour every day, and I hope they never discontinue it. There’s ample parking available. The food was incredibly delicious, and the drinks were simply fabulous. The service was exceptional as well. The ambiance and restaurant itself are chic and elegant, with the gold and emerald green accents truly bringing the place to life.

This dinner was hands down our best meal while staying in Hawaii. We dined at Orchids, Azure, Morimoto’s and others and we loved our service and meal. Definitely a more casual vibe than the Maui Merriman and that was okay. We’d come back for sure! Mac Nut mahi mahi always delicious!

Just want to start off by saying the staff and service here is hands down the best. One of my favorites spots to go to. Great food, great drinks, great ambiance and great service! Love how everything is locally sourced. Always have a great time here. Thank you Merriman’s team!!!

Having enjoyed Merriman’s in Maui, I had high expectations. Turns out Merriman’s in Oahu is more casual. Food not as high end but the prices reflect that. Overall not bad, but not the same as the more upscale Maui location.

We had another outstanding evening at Merriman’s. Our party included a vegan and a gluten allergy, and the staff bend over backwards to accommodate us and make us feel welcome, even up to personal visits to our table from the chef. The food was fantastic as always, and service outstanding. This is why we keep coming back!
