行政主廚：Peter Merriman

OpenTable美食編輯：《洛杉磯時報》曾將Peter Merriman譽為「夏威夷群島的Alice Waters（美國名廚）」，盛讚這名主廚運用在地食材的廚藝精湛，多年來無人能出其右。於1988年在夏威夷大島上開業的第一家Merriman's，將夏威夷堅果脆煎鬼頭刀和香酥芋球等夏威夷經典菜色變化出新滋味，成為餐廳招牌。截至2018年，該餐廳集團已經在夏威夷的四座島嶼落地生根。最新開設的分店位置在檀香山，餐廳內採用色調鮮明大膽的綠白相間地板和叢林印花布料，格外引人注目。

All of Peter Merriman's restaurants share a common mission statement: Do the Right Thing! Every member of the staff is taught to respect the `aina (land) that feeds and the people who produce the food, to be proud in their work, and to take responsibility for making sure every customer has a memorable dining experience.

Had lunch here with the ladies today. It was our first time and we all enjoyed it. We ordered the Biscuits in a bag with jam and the truffle fries for appetizer. Couple ladies tried and loved their cocktail “A Honu World”. For lunch we had the Smashed Burger, prime Rib Moco, Chicken Pot Pie, Fresh Fish Sandwich and their version of the Saimin. Then for dessert we had the bread pudding, coconut lime sorbet, coffee and vanilla ice cream. The sorbet was delicious and refreshing and my fish sandwich was moist and oh so yummy! Our server Dylan ( I’m sorry, I hope I got that right) was helpful and attentive. Service and food are 5 stars!

Nice place. A little more casual than the maui spot but nicely appointed and lovely ambiance. Loved the taro hummus, the poke and the shrimp.

Taro hummus was the star of the show! But everything we ordered was SO GOOD! Drinks were great too. Can’t wait to come back for the hummus again.

To much noise sitting outside due to traffic. Views are not very good at all since it was in the middle of town and all you could see is higher buildings all around. Food was OK, but really nothing special. Doubt if I would go back.

We love the lobster pot pie, we get it every year when we come back for Valentine's Day. My only issue is that the lobster pot pie does not have that much lobster in it. For $70 you should get the whole lobster cut up in there.

Our Merriman’s experience was 5 stars as usual. We have always had excellent dining here. Always awesome food, drink, and staff.

Unless you can wait over 40 minutes for your meal… do not come here for dinner AND do not come here for Valentine’s Day. We were excited to go to dinner because it’s been a while since we’ve dined out to someplace nice.. then they killed our excitement. And I get it, Valentine’s dinners can be a hit or miss. This was a miss. Our dinner reservations were at 5PM and the valentines dinner menu was not be seen until that time. We ordered all our food - apps, drink, meals, sides - at the same time. My daughter was almost done with her meal and we still didn’t have our meals. We didn’t get that smoked oyster experience as our came out on a plate while we watched others have that experience. My husband had the wrong order. Our entrees weren’t even warm anymore. We didn’t even want their mimosas at the end as an apology as we were already upset with our experience.. why would we want to stay longer? Just like monkeypod, this place is likely only good for lunch and happy hour. I suggest you spend your money somewhere else.
