行政主廚：Peter Merriman

OpenTable美食編輯：《洛杉磯時報》曾將Peter Merriman譽為「夏威夷群島的Alice Waters（美國名廚）」，盛讚這名主廚運用在地食材的廚藝精湛，多年來無人能出其右。於1988年在夏威夷大島上開業的第一家Merriman's，將夏威夷堅果脆煎鬼頭刀和香酥芋球等夏威夷經典菜色變化出新滋味，成為餐廳招牌。截至2018年，該餐廳集團已經在夏威夷的四座島嶼落地生根。最新開設的分店位置在檀香山，餐廳內採用色調鮮明大膽的綠白相間地板和叢林印花布料，格外引人注目。

All of Peter Merriman's restaurants share a common mission statement: Do the Right Thing! Every member of the staff is taught to respect the `aina (land) that feeds and the people who produce the food, to be proud in their work, and to take responsibility for making sure every customer has a memorable dining experience.

To much noise sitting outside due to traffic. Views are not very good at all since it was in the middle of town and all you could see is higher buildings all around. Food was OK, but really nothing special. Doubt if I would go back.

We love the lobster pot pie, we get it every year when we come back for Valentine's Day. My only issue is that the lobster pot pie does not have that much lobster in it. For $70 you should get the whole lobster cut up in there.

We've enjoyed Merriman's before. For this visit, we brought out-of-town guests. Everyone had a tasty meal. I really like the salad verte - who knew fresh greens and lemon oil could be so tasty? DH had the cheeseburger for the first time - he said it was outstanding. I had a personal favorite - fish tacos. Their iced tea is also particularly good - not just Lipton but a lightly fruity black tea. I have celiac disease (no gluten, ever) and they are able to accommodate with more than just one choice.

We had a great dinner at Merriman’s last night. The live music on the patio was lovely, the food was delicious and the service was excellent.

It's a pleasant spot with indoor and outdoor dining and free parking. The service was excellent, friendly, courteous and professional. The food was fine, nothing special or memorable. The ambiance is relaxed and what I would call business fun.

Our server was very thoughtful. Along with the other staff, she worked hard to make our dinner pleasant and memorable. She provided extensive information about the ingredients and flavors on the menu so that we could make our best selection, and overall took a great deal of time and effort to help us. We can't recommend this restaurant and its great people highly enough.
