Chef-Owner Peter Merriman has brought his unique style of Hawaiian Regional Cuisine served in a casual yet elegant setting of Old Hawaii Plantation. A pioneer in the "Farm to Table" concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods. His international menu items are prepared in a manner that highlights the natural flavors of these fresh, local foods. Located in Poipu, we feature both mauka (mountain) and makai (ocean) views as well as sunset veiws over the Kukui'ula resort. The aloha-friendly staff, with a food and beverage knowledge second to none, will ensure that you have an extraordinary dining experience.

Fabulous service and food. Well-paced dinner. Dining room staff very professional yet friendly. Nice extra touches included complimentary Prosecco toast plus delicious amuse bouche. Ready to return again very soon!

Never disappoints! Fantastic dinner again! Always such a special place for a special occasion dinner. Our server Eric was delightful. They always plan properly for the holiday crowd. Luckily we had an earlier dinner time and caught a beautiful sunset.

The restaurant had an issue with a water leak that pushed our reservation back. They handled the situation well and were able to seat us close to our original reservation. The service (Justine) was personable and amazing. The food was interesting and well prepared/presented. Great experience for our anniversary!

Eric provided great service. The steak and mahi was delicious and prepared just right. It is a pricey but somewhat expected for the area.

Merriman’s delivered as always! The food and service is excellent. I’ve visited their locations on most of the islands in Hawaii and never been disappointed. They took note of my birthday celebration and added a special message in Hawaiian as well on the dessert platter. Definitely recommend it for meals if you want to dine in style!
