Dine at the most breathtaking oceanfront setting in Kapalua Resort. Peter Merriman Chef/Restauranteur has brought his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Maui. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.

Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. Although we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room, we do have other options available. Please email reservations@merrimanshawaii.com for groups larger than 8 people.

For a more casual dining experience, join us at The Point, our oceanside dining location offering a casual menu. The Point opens daily at 4pm, weather depending. Reservations are not needed or accepted for The Point. Happy Hour is from 4pm to 530pm at the Point and Bar.

We will hold a table for you for 15 minutes past the reservation time. We ask that you limit your experience with us to 2 hours as a courtesy to the people waiting to be seated. If your plans should change, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation will incur a $225 no show fee.

      Dinner was great and the atmosphere was absolutely beautiful. We had a 4pm dinner reservation and finished just as the sun was setting for a stunning view. We started with the chow fun noodles with shrimp and pork and the beef and bacon sliders. Both were great but the chow fun noodles were table favorites with a great combination of flavors with a hint of citrus. Our entrees were the prime ribeye steak and the Moana special. Entrees were delicious as well. The favorite to cap off the night was the pineapple-macadamia nut bread pudding. Absolutely delicious!

      I am so elated! Katlyn was the best server!!!! The shrimp cocktail, tenderloin, and shrimp and clams were outstanding! This was an experience of a lifetime!!! So precious! Thank you Merrimans’s! Shout out to the fabulous valets!!!!!!!

      The ambience was breathtaking. My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon here and they made us feel special with a great seat, great waitress, and special dessert. Food was immaculate. Service was immaculate. Can you guys send me some of that mushroom soup back to Florida? Thanks y’all. Aloha and Mahalo.

      Incredible dining experience. The romantic island beach vibes were fantastic here. The staff was professional and friendly. The live music and crashing waves set a wonderful atmosphere. The food, drink and service were stellar. We will be back.

      This place is an absolutely gorgeous setting on the water. The service was exceedingly exceptional. We had a delayed flight and were late to our reservation, but they held a table for us for my husband’s birthday, and they made it extra special with a complimentary toast and dessert. The food was so fresh and delicious; we had the Hummus and quesadilla to start, and the daily ocean special (red snapper) and the macadamia nut crusted mahi-mahi. Everything from the view, the music, the service, the mai tai, and the food, was PERFECT!

      Ambience & food is hard to beat! Right on the edge of the ocean. Very elegant dining adventure. Food was exceptionally good. Service was good as well. Enjoyed thoroughly!

      Look forward to this restaurant experience every year. It never disappoints. It's expensive but you get value from the kitchen , wait staff and the view. Outstanding.

      This is probably the best restaurant on Maui. The view is spectacular, the service the best on Island, and the food is amazing.
